Dealing with Ahmet was really good, He was very friendly and helpful, explained everything about the vehicle before us taking it for a test run. Completed all the paperwork for us whilst we were there. Car is in excellent condition and my wife loves it, so glad we did not buy the other car we saw earlier.

Really chuffed with the Fiesta I brought. From start to finish the process was accomodating, transparent and easy. Was refreshing to deal with someone who was genuine and honest after previously being ripped off by sleazy salesmen looking to make a quick £. Not only that but due to my limited knowledge of cars, at the time of sale I was slightly concerned that the brakes and exhaust would flag up on the MOT as failures at which point the price was discounted to reflect this however, the car sailed through the MOT yesterday without a single issue. Turns out the brakes just hadn't been run for a while and the exhaust needed tightening!

My only reason for 4 and not 5 stars us that there was no hard copy of the MOT even tho I could view it online which is progress I know but I'm old fashioned that way and would rather of had the paper version.
That being said the whole process was easy and Amet was friendly and really helpful.

Recently purchased a VW Polo from Carsplus, meeting Ahmet at short notice. From the start he was efficient, prompt with communication, and personable whilst professional.

He was very knowledgeable, and clearly only invests in cars in great condition, and therefore lowers his profit margins in order to sell the best vehicles, making our life very easy. We requested an MOT which he had completed within 24 hours, and we briefly test drove the car before completing on the purchase.
