where to start, the problems that this car has in endless, firstly when I walked around and found out it had 2 missing features they had previously mentioned on their auto trader page wasn't actually on the car they blamed auto trader for adding those in. at that point I really needed a new car and wasn't too bothered with not having wireless charging or an electric boot.
after the purchase and on my long drive back home I noticed the vibrations in the car at high speeds was unbearable, this then led me to inspect and found out the summer tyres they claimed to have on where in fact only on the right hand side of the vehicle, the left hand side happened to have winter tyres, not only that but every single tyre was a different brand and tread pattern.
I then noticed they didn't give me the floor mats, after asking about those and seeing them in the description (AMG embroided) they said they don't give the mats out as part of the sale due to hygiene reasons. the boot cover was also missing and they claimed to never sell that with the car either.
the car is still linked to the previous owner so now I need to take it to a Mercedes dealer to rectify. the tyre this morning had deflated (probably due to being a random skip find).
now I am battling to get a hold of anyone to have a phone call. emailed their aftercare and they responded very defensively and denied my rights to a full refund. the only option they were willing to do was if I drove back 2 and a half hours to their site for someone to look and maybe balance the wheels, which is still not going to fix the four completely different wheel brands/tread patterns of a random summer/winter tyre mix match.
the windscreen wash was just water and I was given 5 litres of fuel to go on my way even though they have a £299 admin fee, no idea where that money goes as its not on the car wash as I have streaks everywhere. the staff were all shouting at each other as they were chasing customers that decided to leave. I wish I had followed them.
in short I would highly recommend you do NOT buy a car from here and look elsewhere. the follow up care is horrendous if you are unlucky enough to have any issues let alone multiple. they are very deceitful and compulsive liars, I would be very vigilant with any description they say about their stock and any future promises they say.

I have been looking for a new vehicle for a little while and had come across quality part x as they had the specific car I was looking for. I secured the car by using their online platform and put the deposit down. I viewed the car and it was not long in so hadn’t been prepped for sale either way I really like the car and made the purchase! There were a few things that I noticed and mentioned it to the team. Which by the way have been brilliant. I was a bit dubious as the car didn’t have a V5C documentation but I was assured it was all going to be sorted. True to their word it was and I received in the post in a couple of weeks. I have to say these are guys are awesome. I’ve had a few minor things with the car (second hand) and they have been fantastic at sorting it all out. I have been in contact with the lovely lady in the after sales team and she is equally as awesome. Very proactive in getting me booked in as I’m not that local to the garage/showroom. It has been a little stressful at times but I can assure you these guys will get the job done and are an honest car dealership. I cannot comment on other’s situations wether bad or good. But for me it was has been 5* hands down. If your looking for a new car upgrade or whatever. Give these guys a go. You know when you buy a car second hand it’s not always perfect that’s the nature of the beast but honestly, great service guys and girls. I’m super glad I choose your establishment for my new car. Claims to be AA approved used cars but I went to get my service done (no service log book given with the car) and came out with over £1000 worth of issues that SHOULD not have been an issue due to it being AA approved.
In addition, they claimed to tax my car on departure but I ended up driving an untaxed car due to them not realising the car was previously in the disabled tax code.
It was pure negligence on their part. I spent £9200 upfront only to be stuck with £1200 worth of repairs that should have been completed before purchase.
What a dealer!
About a month ago, I collected my new Ford Puma from them. I had traveled from Norwich, so it was a fair distance, and honestly, it was worth it. As soon as I walked through their gate, I was welcomed, sat down, and offered tea, coffee, or anything from the vending machine. The car was exactly what was advertised online. I had a good laugh with the staff; they made me feel very welcome. I was in and out in an hour with the keys to my new car. A big thank you to all the staff.

This dealership was a very frustrating…
This dealership was a very frustrating experience from start to finish. Within just a couple of days of receiving the car, I identified serious issues including mould, a loose door, and numerous other defects, and I immediately exercised my legal right to reject the vehicle.
Despite acting promptly and well within the 30-day rejection period, my request was not accepted, and the process became prolonged after I reported the problems. In my experience, this showed a lack of professionalism and urgency in resolving the matter. Even after repeatedly making it clear that I did not want repairs, this option continued to be suggested, with my rejection described as “unreasonable” given the condition of the vehicle.
It also became apparent to me, based on available evidence, that the car may have sustained prior damage which was not clearly disclosed and repaired privately with no trace on the HPI check. The vehicle had come from auction, where reports noted issues such as a deformed door, scrapes, and paint damage. There was also MOT history indicating failure and structural concerns. Despite this, these issues were described to me as “normal wear and tear” for a 72 plate car with only 34,000 miles, which I do not agree with.
Overall, I found the experience difficult and felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. It was only after my broker became involved that the issues began to be acknowledged, although a resolution was still not straightforward.
Based on my experience, I would advise others to proceed with caution when dealing with this dealership.

Terrible customer service, reserved a car and paid the £100 refundable deposit, had to cancel for personal reasons and been unable so far to get my fee refunded, have been told 4 times that its being processed, always 3-5 business days and nothing, other companies have returned the reservation fee within days.
