Love my new ford focus Louis even got the wet belt done at a great price couldn’t recommend more

After enquiring about a Golf GTI over the phone, they had it clean and ready for us to test drive the very next day. On Friday we called to confirm our interest and placed our deposit down, and by Tuesday it was serviced and ready to pick up. Chris was great to deal with over the phone and made the purchasing experience very easy for us the entire way, as he was quick to answer any questions or concerns.

From the moment I bought my car I noticed there was a scratch on the dashboard which they did not tell me about and refused to sort it for me. I recently realised when I lock my car the back door doesn’t lock.. anyone could get in and steal the car. Also after inspecting it with another car dealer it told me it looks like a crash repair car. Do not trust this people. I’m now in £14000 debt for a dodgy car!

Showed interest in a fiat 500 for my daughter , had a young boy Bailey contact me via phone, I advised him that I had finance sorted, when arriving to test drive the car I was bombarded with selling of their finance and advised I had to take out there extended warranty if I wanted the car.
Take note young Bailey you lost a sale today with your constant trying to sell your finance rather than concentrating on selling me the car.
Re poor salesman . I had visited this dealership a few weeks weeks before hand and another salesman was very polite no pressure selling and gave me sound advise on certain cars.

Has left a very bitter taste in my mouth and regretfully would not recommend this dealership to anyone,
