From start to finish my journey to buying the golf from car supermarket was simple, friendly and relaxing, unlike other dealerships that constantly hound, call, push, Oliver respected my wishes of communication through email, he answered all my questions and I had alot, when he went on annual leave, his colleague Adam took over to help. On the day of collection, I dealt primarily with Adam as one of Oliver other customers came in unexpectedly during my hand over period. This was not an issue though as Adam took over after I spoke to Oliver and he took me right through to leaving in the vehicle.

Please be worn not to buy from these! I’ve had the worst experience with my Car. Gearbox has failed twice. Company left me without any courtesy car for over eight weeks. Called continuously with nobody picking up the phone or taking really long time to call me. After Repair’s eight weeks later the gearbox is shattered again I’ve been told there is nothing they can do and it is wear and tear. Terrible service.

I bought a SEAT Ibiza online from CarSupermarket.com, completing the purchase fully online and having it delivered, as I live hours away from the showrooms. I was a little dubious about buying without seeing the car or speaking to anyone face to face, but it was a fantastic experience, and despite rarely leaving reviews I wanted to for this.

The buying process was very positive. The people I dealt with were helpful and patient with my questions, and despite the odd upsell they were never pushy. Organising delivery was straightforward and the delivery itself was seamless.

The car was clean as a whistle and I was very pleased with it, great value for its age and for the prices in my area. A couple of faults did show up after delivery - they didn't affect drivability, but they took a little while to resolve with a couple of annoyances that needed to be sorted here and there.

However that's where the home delivery support team really stood out, and Kerry in particular was one of the most diligent and effective customer support people I've seen, remotely or in person. She took responsibility and organised everything, chased everyone involved, got every diagnostic/repair approved and paid for, and kept me updated throughout, even when I was hard to reach during work hours. I always felt they genuinely wanted me to enjoy my new car, which I felt was impressive especially for a fully remote experience.

I'd happily buy from CarSupermarket again and would recommend them to others.

My experience was really positive from start to finish. The staff were friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable, and they took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel pressured. The process was straightforward and well organised, and everything was explained clearly. Overall, I was very happy with the service and the car I purchased, and I would happily use CarSupermarket.com Birmingham again.

I would recommend CarSupermarket.com Scunthorpe to friends and family because the staff were really helpful respectful and professional,,, I'm not so happy with the car valet you tell it was a quick fix also putting windscreen wash in the car the engine was full of leaves and dirt and cobwebs,,,,, really happy with the car just wish I had looked over it ABIT better a chip in the rear badly covered up and a burn mark in the plastic casing that houses the spreadomitor.
