CarSupermarket.com Hessle were great because they were friendly and easy to deal with, the whole process was straightforward and very quick, very impressed.

I was looking to sell my car. Went through their website. Fill out the form and got a price back. Wasn't sure if to go ahead, was asked what I would accept which I asked for a couple hundred more which I received that they were still interested. Many emails later I was informed that the actual value they'd give me was over £1k less.

Apparently they use a system which automatically values the car based on what the car will then sell for but as the market value of what my car is has dropped then what they will offer me has been reduced. I feel like I wasted over a day filling out forms and talking to someone when the price you offer isn't the price you are then willing to sell

I hadn't purchased a car from a wholesaler before, it's always been small personable garages. But the experience of buying from Car Supermarket was highly refreshing and one to consider in the future. Our sales point of contact Mark was extremely helpful and very relaxed, he ensured we were well informed and maintained a high level of contact during the process of ordering, considering and also purchasing. In fact, the purchasing was so fast and easy, I was blown away with how easy it all was.

Shay at the Barnsley store was amazing. From start to finish the experience was handled well and we felt at ease. We didn't feel rushed in to buying the car, we walked round and decided which one we wanted, we then sat with Shay and he went through our options and we felt like no pressure was added to buy the car. He sorted everything out for us, and throughout the week that we waited for the car we were in contact with Car Supermarket, letting us know what they had done to the car MOT, Valet etc. When we went to pick the car up again Shay was really helpful and friendly. He made the transition easy and we drove away happy. He then called me 3 days after we had the car and asked if everything was ok and if we were still happy with everything. Would definitely recommend dealing with Shay such a helpful nice person. And very good at his job, nothing was too much hassle.

I would recommend CarSupermarket.com Newcastle to friends and family because it was an easy process all round. I had an idea of what car I was looking to buy and found one on pretty much my first visit to website. The service was friendly and efficient and my fears of buying a car without seeing it first were unfounded. I have had the car for a week now and I'm very happy. I am also confident that the aftersales service will also be top notch if they are needed. Cheers!

Jack is a really good sales man. He is very professional and friendly, In no way was he pushy. He made sure the vehicle was what we needed. And went above and beyond by delivering the car to our home address.

I was happy with the service at CarSupermarket.com Stoke, the process of finding a vehicle online, fair part exchange valuation, smooth transaction made the whole process easy. New car was well presented and Jake was polite and helpful. Overall great experience and would recommend.

When we want the car they were really good they are helping you when you pay deposit and they saying your car will gonna be at your house tuesday and then saying you need to prove 2 documents you living that adress okey we are provided them 2 documents we are living on that adress now they saying 3'r adress prove.
İf you got Policy like this why you are not saying this before you got the deposit ı am really sorry but seems lıke professional when you look at it but reall really unprofessional

Simple, effective, stressfree. Giving great guidance and a clear understanding of the finance once the car was selected, test driven and agreed the right car.

After my last review on these regarding the faults. Lack of response.
I went to the CEO of the registered company. Within two hours I was called. So there is some advise. Go on the government listed company and look who actually runs the company. Find their email and go straight to the top.
It was only then I was contacted by customer care . I was apologised to and he said I'd been let down badly.
I was told I was entitled to a full refund under the consumer act . Or they could prove it was a good company who could put things right.
I could pick a car of a similar price to swap. As my husband has a mild form of dementia ,that affects his emotions. (Snappy and aggressive in stressful situations )
I did not fancy trawling different car sales. So we picked two cars and asked to reserve one and test drive the other . Drove 1.5 hrs to be told the car was in fact not there , but in Birmingham . The other car was not ready to test drive.
I burst into tears at the garage.
Seriously this was trying to put things right. I immediately drove to the Sheffield branch for a refund as this was where my car was at, after breakdown. I asked for a full refund
In conversations I was made to believe it would be immediate. Nope
I got £200 trade in from my old car immediately into my account. But not the main amount. I'm hoping the rest £13.400 goes in today. As I desperately need a car

Explain how whilst paying in it's immediate. But refunding is not. I even waited whilst the showroom chap rang them at my request . He mentioned tomorrow but I said it's needed today
So not only had my husband put a day off his work, but also we used a tank full of petrol to drive a three HR return journey.

For three weeks I've had nothing but problems and stress and wasted money. Stranded with no car use.
This company does not care.
Avoid.

The whole experience was exceptional. Staff, facilities and vehicles on sale. Definitely an experience that I am happy to recommend
