I've been robbed by cartclick by taking money out of my account every month since October 2025,now this month cartclick took 3 payments in one month and still haven't received any item...I only received that one time and that's it..it's very frustrating..

It came a day early and was packed properly. Would buy from here again.

Packaging was nicer than expected. Everything inside was fine.

Wasn't sure what to expect but the whole order felt legit. Confirmation email, tracking, no random charges.

Bought a ring online, then I discovered that they had put me on a subscription and were taking my money without authorisation.PayPal wanted me to contact the seller, but you can never find them again. Scam scam scam. Disappointed with Pay pal as you cannot speak to anyone to resolve this matter.

I didnt order from them, but I was charged for 1 stone charger and 3 bracelets through PayPal. When I queried the items they sent a picture of the delivery. I pointed out it wasnt my house and sent the a photo of my door. They agreed with that but im getting nowhere, they are adamant I purchased them and took delivery but they gave no evidence. Bloody nightmare, I have been refunded for the various other amounts they took and cancelled the subscription I didnt know I had. Never, ever will I even look at their website again.

I was charged $90 initially and then $29.95 for the next five months. The person told me it’s because I did not opt out of the premium subscription of coupons. I ordered the Stop smoking bracelets that do not work. They did refund all five of the $29.95 but I did not ask for a refund of the initial $90 because hopefully it teaches me a lesson.

should have 0 stars. Biggest scammers ever. I order a simple bracelet, allow myself to be talked in to a 'mat' for it - yes my fault. Then a couple of days later i get charged an additional $29.99 for an 'annual membership' AND a little bag for my braclet at $5.00. I never EVER approved or requested these.

Simply an unlawful scam. They sell trash through false advertising. Email confirmations of the purchase are ambiguous and never list the item that you actually bought and what you paid for it. It's a dollar store plastic bead bracelet falsely advertised to do everything from helping you quit smoking helping you quit drinking, eliminating anxiety, improve your eyesight, giving you the power to time travel lol etc. You get the point. To add insult to injury, they start charging you $30 a month for some fictional subscription. In reality, it's a monthly fine for being stupid enough to buy anything from them advertised on social media

Bought one thing 5months ago, supposed to be magnetic stop smoking bracelet. However bracelet is plastic, so I don’t know how you magnetism plastic? Also since making purchase, have been charged $29.95 USD $50.00 AUD For past 5 months. Have sent requests via cartclick webpage to cancel any subscription they have signed me up for and to stop taking Payments from my PayPal account. They are still processing payments and haven’t answered my 4-5 online enquiries to stop payments/ subscription. Buyer beware

honestly was a bit skeptical ordering online but everything went fine and its exactly what i wanted so yeah pretty happy.

The ordering process was very straightforward and my item showed up . So they are very trustworthy.

Total scam, to send items back would cost more than the purchase.
I've now seen on here that people are having money taken from them.
Please do not buy from them.
Items not fit for purpose.
Just Chinese shit as usual I tried to stop it when I realised they kept telling me to click a link but had already gone through. How can people be like this

This has been a nightmare, I was only browsing a bracelet I put it in my cart but when i realized the price was not the price it was advertising at and there were going to be shipping fees which also said were free i canceled out but somehow the site took the order and applied it 2 times in a row to my paypal account. I did not even click confirm order nothing. a few weeks later I received a email from tis company stating my order was on it's way. getting a lot of spam email i ignored it never heard of this company "cartclick" then I received my bill & the 2 charges to cartclick. I contacted them immediately and my bank since you have to email them and thir response time is not prompt this has been going on since November 6th. I have filed a dispute I tried returning the bracelets even though they came to me from GA hey said I have to return them to the UK which is $175.00 more than the cost of the bracelets. Cartclick advertises "free shipping anywhere worldwide" FALSE STATEMENT! returns are a nightmare, this company is a scam, so far they have me in over $180.00. not to mention the stress phone calls to my credit card company, having to cancel my credit card because they keep charging to my account & they do not help the customer at all. They admitted that the double order must have been a computer glitch but did they take responsibility for it? NO!! they offered nothing other than me sending both bracelets back to UK for $175.00 more out or my pocket. WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY. this is December 26,2025 & I am still trying to resolve this nightmare.
