I have to speak very highly of the staff. You write them an email they answer you within minutes and they continue responding to every question you have. They help resolve any issues you have in the best way possible.
I've never had such a quick response from any company like them usually you have to wait 24 hours for one response.

My face usually reacts badly to hot showers but lately it’s been calmer. That alone makes this worth it for me.

Never arrived and you charge me for Filters every month which I dis not ask and also Never arrived. Please Return all the Money indebtly charged.

Well I didn't know that the shower head had a filter already in it and I didn't know that the hose has to be brought separately so I wrote support and they gave me a 50 percent off of the hose I will be ordering it asap the were really nice to me and I can't wait to use the shower head.

I had an issue with an order that stated one thing and it turned out to be another. I wrote to support about the discrepancy and I received a very quick response from support team member John.
John really took the time to review my written request to understand the issue and provided a very fair and reasonable resolution to the issue. He was very professional and has excellent customer support skills which represents the company well and leaves an impression that the company values it's customers.

Rapid response, options offered, and my subscription was canceled upon request.

Yes, the filters do seem expensive !

It was easy to order, delivery took a little longer, but not the companies fault. Great product. A little expensive, but my wife loves it, and does everything as promised.

The product works well as advertised. Customer service is quick and helpful.
One thing to beware of is the subscription.

I'm writing in response to one of your representatives, Patrick. He asked for pics of the problem I was having with the Drivse showerhead. Within a few hours, he forwarded my response to be reviewed by your fulfillment team. He then wrote again updating me that a new shower head was being delivered. Although I have not received a new one as of yet he kept me informed. That was important info. to me. Good job Patrick !!

The connector peace that you connect the hose to always leeks. It's the peace you connect to your shower head. The connection to my shower head is just fine, but the connector it self is what leaks. In the package you send the shower head, and two other peaces, the hose and the connector. It's the connector that's the problem, it LEEKS!!!

I didn’t realize you would enroll me into automatically order filter tubes for my shower heads. As of right now I have over 20 filter tubes for shower heads that haven’t been installed. Please stop my automatic mailing of the filter tubes. Thank you

Wasn’t that as advertised

The results of using the shower spray are no more itchy and irritated skin, as well as my scalp health has seen a benefit from the filtering of chlorine and heavy metals from the water. In addition, my replacement filters have been delivered in a timely manner by your company. I am very pleased with the results of using the Drivse device everyday!

I bought this mainly because my apartment pressure is terrible. Somehow this made it feel like a hotel shower. I didn’t expect that improvement at all honestly.

The water that comes out of the shower IS a little bit softer and smells better. However the claim of it boosting your water pressure is not accurate and the limited options for different spray types leaves much to be desired. PLUS, the website apparently automatically signs you up for a monthly subscription without making that obvious to the person who's PAYING FOR IT!! So BUYER BEWARE this product is totally over hyped and over priced!!

So the shower heads does not give the pressure that they say it does. As the filter builds up the less water pressure you get. The filter itself does give you a 30 day run. I understand that this solely gives you clear water, but it puts no minerals which your body and hair do need back into the water after taking out the chemicals. The support staff is great!!! I have been working with Nestor and he has been wonderful to communicate with, I give him 5 stars just not the actual product.
