Love it. The first i received it, i immediately replace my newly purchased about 1 month ago shower and compare it between the 2. The current one that i had before replacing it started to slowly to clog those littlw holes in it. Then after installing this new muravai and been using it for almost 3 weeks, has more pressure than the previous one i had. It works as described by the seller a d advertising. Love it, recommended to every household.

I have gotten 4 shower heads because
I have gotten 4 shower heads because I got 2 of the buy one get one free, and so far 2 shower heads have cracked in the same spot in less than 3 months! There are no seams next to where it cracked. I can’t even tell the cracked until I turn the water on and the water shoots out the side. When it’s not broken it’s phenomenal, but it’s unbelievable that it cracked twice in the same spot.

It good about it could be great
I like the shower head but I wish that it would come with better handles. It sits too high up on my shower because it just comes with the holes in the shower head. If it came with a adjustable handle it would be awesome.

The filters are a scam
The filters are a scam. The water just flows around them. If the water is bad, it will color the filter. So what they're subscribing you by default when you buy this showerhead is to receive monthly pieces of cheap plastic with cotton inside that your freely flowing water will color in whatever crap is there. The shower head plastic looks very cheap, and it's small. Just go to your local Home Depot and buy something decent for the same money

my experience with Muravai company was very pleasant, purchased couple of showerheads, and one of them had a little crack on it, I randomly send a message through Instagram telling them, that one of my showerhead have a little damage and it’s leaking, all they ask from me a little picture so they can see what was the damage I guess, so I send them the picture with a damage, without any question, they replace with an other one free of charge, and by the way, their showerheads are so good. I love them and I will buy it again and again. I recommend big time. Buy it you will not regret it. 🤗 thank you. Muravai for your excellent customer service.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Contacted prior to purchasing to inquire about shipping carrier as USPS does not deliver to my address. Was informed they used other carrier so I went ahead with purchase, received tracking information a couple days later and it was via USPS. Therefore I will not receive product. Now I have to wait for it to make it back to them and request refund. If you have issues with USPS delivery, don’t waste your time.

Cheap plastic. Applies to Ozbath too!
The product idea is pretty neat. I like the stop button on the shower head. It is especially useful if your shower doesn't have mixer and is two separate taps for hot and cold.
I also like that you can pop off the tip of the showerhead and use the stem of the shower head for cleaning your bathroom and etc.
However, buyer beware that the material used is cheap plastic and will in no time begin to leak because the threads are no good. Thank goodness I did not throw my old showerhead away when this one arrived. After only maybe 2 or 3 months of use I've had to go back to my original showerhead.
They also market these as Oz bath in Australia but it's all the same product. I know this because I bought this one thinking it must be legit because it's "from California" and that's why it's USD 99 but my mate bought one from Ozbath and he had the same issue only he paid AUD 55. After comparing the two side by side we realized there's no difference. They are the same product.

I bought the BOGO filtered shower…
I bought the BOGO filtered shower heads. Excellent pressure. After a week the shower head with the clear viewing port for the filter split in half. I then installed a metal shower head holder along with the other shower head that doesn't have a clear viewing port. It's good so far. The plastic shower head holder was flimsy.

Both have broken
I had a similar experience as the other 1 star review. I've had mine for less than a year and both of them the cheap plastic has cracked. The connection between hose and head is leaking as well.
The other aspects of the shower head are quite nice but not if I'm having to replace them every six month. I would recommend holding off on buying these until quality improves.

cheap material. both showerheads cracked within 6 months of use
Seems like the materials used to make it are cheap and weak. I bought 2.
First one accidentally swung from an angle of about 40 degrees from the wall and cracked in two upon impact gushing water everywhere. A normal showerhead could survive a full drop.
The second one cracked under pressure while the water supply was on but the pressure regulator knob on the showerhead was shut. Left it shut for about 10mins and a hairline crack appeared leaking water out the side. The showerhead should be able to withstand the pressure if there is a regulator on it which allows for a complete shut off while the supply is still on
