Strongly avoid….
I had a very concerning experience at this Carvender /used car dealer. The staff member was rude and used aggressive, inappropriate language. The situation escalated to the point where he threatened us- being told they had our address.he sold us the car at high price on the basis that it had no defects, but they were all kind of defects. This behaviour is unacceptable and it made us feel unsafe. I would strongly advice others to avoid this Carvender used car dealer

I had an extremely disappointing…
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this dealership. From the beginning, I felt misled about the condition of the car I purchased. Important issues were either downplayed or not disclosed at all, and shortly after buying the vehicle, serious problems started to appear.
When I tried to raise these concerns, the staff were unhelpful and dismissive. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a reasonable solution, they avoided accountability and made the process unnecessarily stressful.

Really poor customer service
We had 3 or 4 cars we wanted to look at that I'd found online. The guy found the keys for each vehicle, unlocked them, and that was the extent of the service. He barely spoke to us, we weren't asked anything about what we were looking for, or offered information about any of the vehicles, or other options to try. One car I couldn't open the driver's door, as it was parked too close to another vehicle - no help was offered. He was glued to his phone the entire time we were there, I felt like I was disturbing his Sunday. I had hoped to test drive at least one car, but I felt so uncomfortable, I wouldn't have wanted to ask.
Bit puzzled by all the glowing reviews.
