I had a really good experience buying my car from Carverse. Extremely helpful, polite and friendly staff who were happy to help me and to answer my many questions.
I would recommend them.

Excellent and timely communication from start to finish. No overselling of product or extras and competive pricing. On arrival my vehicle was exactly as shown and described in the video. Would definitely rec and use again.

Both Wayne and Alex are really genuine guys. We were ready to walk away with our Rav4, however they guys said they want to do the final checks prior to us receiving the car. They kept it for a couple of days, fixed tge glove box and replaced discs and pads for us. Excellent service and they even delivered the car whilst driving off in our part ex. Would definitely recommend these guys.

Brilliant service! From the first phone call Wayne and Alex have both been fantastic. I have had no issue in picking up the car and anything that has been reported to them regarding the car, they have been on top of it straight away. I purchased a vehicle a few months ago from Carverse and I found the customer service excellent from start to finish. A few months down the line it transpired they were given incorrect information regarding the service plan the vehicle was on and it required a service sooner than we'd thought which could have left me with a hefty unexpected bill. Wayne & Alex at Carverse handled the situation very professionally, acknowledged the error and ultimately kindly agreed to provide the service free of charge to me.

If ever in future I am in the market again for a 2nd hand car, then Carverse would be one of the first places I go back to to start my search & I would recommend to my friends & family.

Tom was the best, he was very patient and answered all my questions , Top always kept me up to date about when my car would be ready for pickup,he was there from the first day I came in to enquire about the car and till the last day when my car was handed over to me,he also made sure I know how everything worked on the car, before I left carverse, thanks very much Tom for a great experience.

We had a great experience at Carverse. Nathan was brilliant at listening to our needs and the whole process was relaxed even with our two kids alongside us. The showroom is also kitted out really well (even a box of toys and a big TV to keep the kids occupied whilst working through paperwork). Overall, the whole visit and subsequent collection were excellent. Thanks Carverse.

Nathan made it a simple straight forward buying process .
There were a few issues with the car , between Nathan and Wayne the issues have been dealt with hassle free which is really appreciative to know.
I will return once my plan is up to replace both mine and my wife’s cars .

I found the whole process of buying a used car from Carverse very easy, all of the team that I came into contact with very friendly and Alex who I dealt with was very accommodating around test drives with myself and my wife. The condition of the car I bought was very high and had all of its history, had been recently serviced and had 12 months MOT, any questions I had were answered quickly, the handover was quick and easy and although there was an issue with one of the alloys having been damaged from viewing to collecting, Alex had this resolved while I waited. I would certainly recommend Carverse if your looking for a professional service that you can be confident in when purchasing a used car.

I recently bought a car from Nathan at CarVerse. All was well with car and purchase process except on the day of collection the car had a tyre with low pressure. Pumped it up and thought nothing of it, but 2 weeks later it was low pressure again and I found a screw in it. I contacted Nathan and to my suprise and delight CarVerse agree to pay for a replacement tyre even though there was no way I could prove the screw was in the tyre before I picked the car up. Service beyond my expectation
