While looking for a used car, I called into Carverse, where I received exemplary service from salesman Tom. Having established what was important to me for my car, we then look through all the cars that met my criteria. Tom was kind and very patient as I selected some cars to test drive. And all was arranged smoothly. Tom went the ‘extra mile’ to help me by organising a Service Plan for the car for the next 2 years.
I can confidently say, if you call into Carverse near Knebworth, definitely ask for Tom. He’s the best.

bought car through heycar from carverse,all went rly quick and smoothly,car was 3hours travel from my home so i used home delivery option,because im busy person,did few calls and chauffeur came with car 4 days after transaction,even if expected time was 2 weeks,so positive suprise

outside some scratches,small but still not mentioned in description, wear tear so not that big deal,unhappy about a complimentary autoglym lifeshine gift set- not received any,but im sure on carverse site was something about this....that's why 4 stars here,not 5,

Typically there is always a pushy car sales person who has no knowledge about the car they sell and constantly talk through the test drive in order to try to pressure you into a purchase. Everyone has been through this and its extremely irritating.

Carverse was the complete opposite of what I expected. As soon as I arrived the salesman greeted me, asked if i had a good look at the body work and if I still wanted to take it for a drive. Once I signed the damage waiver, he said I could go for a solo drive on a nice easy route to follow. It really caught me off guard, but made me appreciate the car the I test drove a lot more. When I got back he asked if I had any questions, for which he provided detailed answers and solutions.

After agreeing to purchase the vehicle, they kept the vehicle for 5 days to tidy up the body work, interior and inspect the brakes. Payment and contract paperwork was sent to me via email, so no mucking about having to stay at their office for ages trying to get through it.

Once the vehicle arrived I drove it for 2 days until the drivers mirror almost flew off as the adhesive from mirror to plastic back plate had come loose (car is 9 years old). I phoned their sales team and asked if they were willing to refund the mirror cost if I fitted a new mirror. They agreed and refunded me very quickly. I've only had the car a short while, but couldn't be happier with it.

To sum it all up - Really helpful staff, relaxed environment, no pressure to purchase and resolve minor issues quickly. What more could you want? I would definitely purchase another car from them in the future.

Tom truly is the best. Although I did not meet him personally, it was his day off work when I went to pick up my car yesterday. However, he communicated very well with me from the beginning until I purchased my Lexus Nx 300. He has been working with me over the phone and through email. He has diligently responded to all of my questions and concerns and has gone far above and beyond what anyone would ever expect. Tom and James have been nothing short of extremely professional and responsive. The car looked fantastic when I saw it, just as Tom described it to me. I will be referring my friends and family to them.

Recently purchased a BMW 335d from Carverse, I travelled from the opposite end of the country to collect it so they held the car for 2 weeks until I made it down to Stevenage. Upon arrival at the bus station I was collected by someone from Carverse and taken to the garage. They were accommodating throughout, and more importantly the car was as described by them. They were a breeze to deal with and I’ve had no issues since. Many thanks again to Tom and Wayne.

Almost excellent in all respects. O ly dropped one star as the car i specifically wanted sold on thecday i attended but shortly before I arrived. None the less I left happy having found the same model, albeit in a different colour and therefore left a very satisfied customer

Great service. Ordered a car last week, loads of photos and video sent and delivered when said it would.

I would recommend letting them handle the finance though as we as held up by external finance company dragging their feet. Live and learn!

Very welcoming and sales staff were not at all pushy. I looked at the car online then drove 85 miles to view it and it was exactly as described and i found no issues even after a thorough inspection, they even pointed out a couple of very small issues with the badges that they sorted pre collection. The manager James and his staff answered all my questions about its history and have sold me an amazing car. Definately recommended.

First time I have made a purchase this big online so I was a little nervous, I needn't have been as Wayne and Alex were there to guide me through the process step by step, I received a personal video of the car I bought and they were always available to answer any questions I had, they delivered my car to my door, I also took advantage of the excellent warranty they offer. My aftersales service has also been 5 star.
