First class service from the moment I called and spoke to Katie. The whole transaction was excellent.

Great experience!

The salesman I dealt with was Liam. I rang up and told him I was very picky, and I wanted a video highlighting any issues with the car. He promptly sent over the video highlighting a few small areas that he’d seen. The work that needed to be done to the car was carried out to a very good standard.
Communication was via email and telephone, and any queries were responded to promptly.

When I arrived to collect the car, i was very happy with the work that had been carried out. It was sat there in the sun looking awesome.

I really can’t praise them enough. Liam was honest from the outset, very friendly, and true to his word.

I read google reviews on these guys before I called up to enquire about the car, and they scored 4.7 out of 5. Having purchased a car from them, and basing it on my own experience, they deserve to be higher and that’s why I’m giving them 5 stars.

Honesty and integrity is important to me. Sadly it is lacking with a lot of people, but not with these guys! I had a great experience, so thank you.

Very, very good service. Saw a car online and put a reserve fee down. Popped in on saturday and dealt with the salesman Liam who was fantastic, not pushy and answered any questions I had.

Went ahead with the purchase and could pick it up a few days later. Car was spotless and looks/drives like it is brand new. Could not have been happier with the whole process - will 100% be buying any future cars from here.

Nothing but praise for Carverse and its staff for providing my wife and I with exceptional service during the process of buying a used car. I was wary of entering the used car market via a dealer, expecting the usual hard sell, shiny suit and coercion, but my experience at Carverse couldn't have been further from my expectations. All of the team were professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely pleasant and made the whole process painless.
All the cars we looked at were excellently presented and in tiptop condition as well as being very reasonably priced and, in addition, the showroom/office is a really nice and welcoming space in which to strike a deal.
A big shout out to James and especially Tom who put up with two indecisive people with patience and good humour and saw us right through the process from looking at and road testing a number of vehicles to putting pen to paper and buying a superb car which met our needs perfectly.

Fabulous experience with Carverse, fair price paid in p/ex for my car. I was very nervous about buying a car over the internet and Ryan & Wayne made the whole process stress free. Ryan was very helpful and provided a video of the car I was buying which was factual and fair. I was really happy with the service I got from Arde at Carverse. I love my new car and feel they went the extra mile to ensure the car was in the best condition possible. They serviced it before they sold it to me. It was found to need all 4 shocks replacing which delayed the handover but I was really happy that this was being done. They even recharged the AC.... what car dealership does that?!?! The service was excellent and so is the car.

This is the second time I've been asked the question.
Despite the difficulties with the Vauxhall, I'm happy with the alternative offering of the Renault.
