Great team, very friendly and professional.

I recently bought my new car from Carverse. The customer experience was amazing. Tom was extremely helpful and very genuine and made sure that the buying process was as smooth as possible from the minute I stepped into the showroom. He answered all the questions I had about the vehicle and made sure I had the correct cover I needed, such as gap insurance etc. The team at Carverse is very impressive and the showroom is also very neat with a wide variety of cars. I would definitely shop there and again and recommend this dealership to anyone highly.

The first car I travelled to see and Florence Maddison provided us with service over the phone and when we arrived, she was so easy to talk too. She made us feel at ease and was patient with everything that we were asking her. They provided a quality service by servicing my car and Florence met the expectations of my needs in terms of what time I wanted to pick my car up. Everything was smooth and just perfect

Overall an excellent experience. Special mention to Tom, who was brilliant in the sales aspect and product knowledge and Wayne was meticulous with the final details and ironing out any niggles. Customer service was excellent and efficient.

I was looking online for a Nissan Pulsar, I could not find one in Scotland that met all the requirements I was looking for. I found one on carverse and I reluctantly sent an enquiry as I was nervous about purchasing a car that I have never saw in person and especially since it was so far away. Katie put my mind at ease from the first email, I was sent a detailed video of the car inside and out I was also told I has 14 days after purchase to return the car if I was not happy plus the car comes with a 90 day extended warranty. Katie made the full process quick and easy. My car was delivered to Scotland within a few days and it arrived in showroom condition spotless inside and out. I also received an email from Katie after I received the car to make sure the car was as expected and that I was happy. I would definitely use carverse to purchase my next vehicle and highly recommend them.

I recently purchased a Car from Carverse, I had a lovely gentleman called Liam who helped me massively, I was unable to view the car due to distance so he kindly done a personalised video very detailed which we was impressed by, I purchased the car over the phone on Thursday and it was delivered to my door on the Friday by a lovely gentleman called Peter.
My whole experience start to finish was amazing, Liam rung me to make sure everything was OK and said he will check back in a weeks time. Fantastic service thank you 😊 Vikki x

Prior to handing over any money I felt that Carverse were great, very attentive and it felt like there was a good relationship building. However, once the money had exchanged, communications have been ignored and promises broken.

If you have been promised elements in the deal you make I don't think its unreasonable to expect those things, even though they can be small. What I got was a embarrassing encounter, after having chased repeatedly and a few unresponded to communication attempts, I was told my 'new mats' that had been ordered were finally available. When I went to collect I was handed a clearly used (and very smelly!) set, which were seemingly taken from another vehicle. This was a little insulting to my intelligence given that I had already been told a set had been 'ordered on 72 hour delivery' by the sales manager at day of pick up 1 week prior. For me this displays a lack of concern about breaking a promise to a customer, struck before a cash transaction.

I am really happy with my car, but I would recommend any prospective buyers proceed with caution and ensure every element of any deal is in writing.

UPDATE:
Since these events I have been back in contact with James at Carverse regarding a claim on the 90 day warranty. Credit where it is due, James was incredibly supportive and has helped me resolve an issue, restoring a lot of faith. James has now ensured that I have all that I was promised in the first place, and was very helpful indeed.

Bought an Audi TTS recently from Carverse. Dealt with Thomas as sales staff and the sales manager Wayne.

I negotiated and discussed with Wayne in-depth and he was absolutely fantastic. Happy to discuss, always polite and courteous. Really great service and customer skills/knowledge. Wayne is a tremendous asset to Carverse. Rang me back when he said he would and did his absolute best to get a deal arranged. Even working beyond his hours to make sure we got the right deal...

Thomas was equally polite and receptive, the pre-sales care was great and during collection both were only too happy to answer any of my questions. Rang me twice after deposit to confirm details and arrange collection. Top service.

I'm glad to say that a deal was negotiated and both parties were happy with the result.

Car itself was prepared immaculately, even had a dust cover and a ceremony of revealing it to myself, which is a lovely touch when buying a used car. Car was provided with a 12 month MOT and a full oil change service.

Absolutely top notch. 10/10 service and also peace of mind with the 3 month warranty. Hopefully I won't have to use this, but I am sure from what I have seen they would honour and only been too happy to help.
