Great experience, Ryan was professional throughout, not pushy at all, made the whole experience plain sailing

Found a car that I thought I would love and went for it. I went through all the entire purchase and and post-sale with Katie, who was very professional and extremely helpful and understanding making sure I was totally satisfied with may new car.

Excellent experience shopping at Carverse. No pushy salespeople pouncing as soon as you arrive and following you round. They let you have a look around the dealership with no pressure at all. Ryan was fantastic, and when we couldn’t test drive the car we’d seen online, he recommended a great alternative for us. We felt like we paid a fair price for our new car, and it was ready for us to collect the next day.

Best experience ever buying a car. 1st time having a car delivered to my doorstep and could not believe how easy it was to do everything over the phone when trading a car in. Well done Tom and Wayne.

Very helpful staff, I bought the vehicle online without viewing it and so the team had to provide extra information and videos regarding condition, which they did without any fuss. They also collected me from the station to take me to the garage on collection day, and gave me a coffee while they prepared the paperwork. The wife was delighted with the vehicle.

Carverse were friendly and welcoming. The sales person I dealt with Flo, had a no pressure approach to the whole experience.
I was given a fair albeit slightly low valuation for my trade in, and there initially was no budging on a deal on the day. However, when I called back, there was a little wiggle room for a deal, which they ended up accepting.

Flo was very friendly and the showroom were very accommodating. Would give a 5, but nothing’s perfect. 😉

Tom was very approachable with any questions. No hard sell on additional products. He even arranged for the car to be brought into the showroom for the big reveal. I would have no hesitation to use carverse again!

I retired in June and had never really had a nice car of my own? Always had a company car before. I found the exact 2018 V6 Diesel Jag F Pace I wanted (HJV) at carverse!!

I Spent £40 on the train getting to Knebworth on the hotest day of the year and their 200 point (or whatever they say) check, hadn't spotted the Aircon in the car wasn't working?
I then had to leave and travel back home for 2 hours..

When Carverse delivered the car a week later there was an engine management light on. The bloke that delivered it, took it away for 30 Minutes and the light miraculously disappeared.? Genius! He offered no explanation.
For the following 3 months this car was a £31k dog and ruined my big retirement holiday with my kids as we had to "limp" home for 250 miles. Ruined my summer.

Carverse took the car back twice at a massive inconvenience to me and still didnt fix it. I also had a full DPF clean done to no avail. The staff, James and Wayne, were lovely but the car was atrocious and they're now trying to sell the grey Jaguar F pace HJV for £25k. Don't go near it. Or if you do?? Ask about the turbo overboost EML.? Apparently... These faults can be remapped so they don't show up on the dash..Box clever and swerve this car.

Absolute 5 star service . I started my application in a Friday whiles on move and picked up car Monday . No messing about . Absolute happy with Carverse

Recently purchased our car, and wouldn't hesitate to use Carverse again in the future. I would recommend to anyone looking for a used car, everyone I spoke to was helpful, friendly and professional.

I was able to arrange a test drive easily at a time to suit myself. Due to being heavily pregnant it was difficult for me to go back to Knebworth to collect my car, but Tom the Salesman was able to deliver it, which was brilliant service!

The car arrived at the arranged time and was very clean.....however the children managed to "fix" that fairly quickly!
