VERY QUICK SERVICE, REALLY HELPFULL AND BEAUTIFUL CARS IN STOCK

In January 24 I bought a 4 year old Jaguar ipace. When discussing I found the team a pleasure to deal with, responsive and knowledgeable about the products. I was satisfied with the terms of the part ex and organising a home charger installation. After I collected the car I had a problem with two things they wouldn't have picked up and the car was booked in for these to be fixed and I was given a good quality loan car for the day. I am waiting for the parts to arrive but I have confidence everything will be fixed asap. Cars do go wrong but it is how well the garage responds is important and Carverse passed that test very well.

Really helpful, friendly staff with good range of quality used cars. Encouraged to take a good length test drive. Flo fully explained all the options and was open and honest. There was no pressure, no obligation. After service only needed while transferring personal plates, but same friendly, helpful service.

Within hours of posting my one star review I was contacted by a senior manager at Carverse. James listened to my complaint and took immediate action. Within twenty four hours of our conversation a credit to cover the cost of repairing the small ding, scratch and a new set of mats was in my account. This is a company that really cares about their reputation as it’s very important to them. Thank you to Carverse for sorting this out swiftly. I would use them again 👍
These things happen, the way you deal with them is what counts 👏

I asked for a video to point out marks on the vehicle. I was shown a number of small stone chips and told other than that the vehicle was perfect. When the delivery driver delivered the two year old car to Bristol there were touched up scratches and small dings on the front wing and the the passenger side wheel arch. I was also assured the factory fitted mats were with the vehicle but when they turned up they were not the correct mats for the vehicle. This was no mistake as the drivers side didn’t even fit the footwell. I asked for £155.00 to cover the cost of a set of BMW mats and the garage declined agreeing to a credit of £65.00. This was a week again and still no payment. Bad business practices so stay clear. I will continue to write bad reviews until the money has been received

Really positive experience. Due to distance all dealings were done by email and phone which covered purchasing and my Part-ex. I now own a really great car which as far as I can see was by the far the best price in country.

This will be an honest review with positives and negatives. Overall it was a decent experience but with failed points that could have been easily avoided.

Summary, because prior to even seeing the car in person I had already paid for 99% of the value of the car when I did get to see it, it felt as I was there just to pick up the key as opposed to a sales person making at least the attempt to sell me a car, I could have at any point refused the purchase and taken my money back. There was very little interaction between myself and the salesperson, no in depth viewing of the car, no drive test, no explanation of anything about the car, considering that a Tesla is not like your regular Ice vehicle, no green slip at the point of purchase, it was just literally sign here here’s the one key best of luck. 0 attempt in “let’s try to sell this car”. Again while I know I had already paid for the car prior to my arrival as given the value this was the easiest way to make such a large sum transfer, there was really no incentive from the dealership to sell me the car. At face value it felt as though the sales person had no idea of how a Tesla is very different from a regular car, method of entry, how to start the car, unlock doors, boot, frunk, registering the car with Tesla so that the app features can be used, including the most important , supercharging it at Tesla points, none of the features I could use for more than 10 days after purchase, these are simple things that can be sorted by the dealer but 0 attempts to sort any of my issues were made, it was really once I was out the door I was on my own. Mind you this was a dealership not Joe bloggs down the road.
Positives:
- sales person picked me up at the station
- I got £50 off the full price
- got offered free drink/coffee
- vehicle was clean
- polite and respectful
- very presentable
- stunning dealership and stock

Negatives:
- little knowledge of what he was selling
- poor customer care given the vehicle was already paid for
- no test drive offered
- no green slip given - this is temporary proof of purchase !
- it’s not my job to try to sell the car, these points should be offered by the dealership
- unwillingness to solve issues shortly after point of sale
- car not fully charged despite being told it would be

Would I buy again from here, perhaps, but when you spend 20K in one go, I would expect a better level of care and service.

A very simple process to part exchange my previous can for an upgrade. They could not have been more helpful and part ex price was wetter than a main dealer.

So far my experience has been totally disappointing. Bought a car online a week ago. It was delivered last Thursday with no service book and no mats (as advertised). Three emails later and it’s radio silence from Carverse. Will be returning the car if it’s not resolved tomorrow. A previous reviewer said it’s gold star service until you buy the vehicle - totally agree. After sales customer experience is non-existent.
