An amazing fleet of cars, wonderful team especially Wayne, Flo and all others that made contact. The best experience I could ever imagine. From the beginning to the end, the team made the sales process so swift that it felt like a wonderfully directed movie by Steven Spielberg.

Genuine, professional, trustworthy and most importantly they showed so much care and attention. I would 💯 highly recommend to anyone and would surely be coming back. This experience is one of my best highlights in 2024. 🥂 🍻 🍷 👍😉

Salesman Tom dealt with my enquiry very professionally from the initial phone call to point of sale.
Initial viewing was a stress free experience, we were able to view the car without any pressure. Test drive allowed without being accompanied by a member of staff.
Would recommend Carverse to anyone.

Had to wait a bit to be seen. As sales people were very busy. But my enquiry was handled sympathetically and allowed to test drive some cars to make sure I was happy. Bought the first car I test drove and very pleased with the process.

Tom made the experience so special. I was informed regularly and kept up to date with everything. Tom and the carverse team made everything so easy and now I’m driving around my dream car. I would 100% recommend.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Carverse (part of Norton Way Group) that I feel compelled to share. I purchased a vehicle online for £16,542, only to be told after the payment was processed that the price did not include VAT, despite the website clearly advertising it as such. This not only contradicts the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 but also demonstrates a lack of transparency and accountability from their side.

I was contacted by Carverse and informed that there was a problem with their website not including VAT in the prices displayed. Despite acknowledging the error, the company refused to honour the advertised price, placing the burden on me, the consumer. They continued to sell vehicles with this known issue, which I find highly unethical and misleading for any potential customers.

This experience has highlighted a serious concern about the trustworthiness and business practices of Carrverse/Norton Way Group. I urge potential customers to be wary and consider my experience when deciding to engage with this company. It’s crucial for businesses to take responsibility for their mistakes and ensure their advertising is clear and accurate to maintain consumer trust and compliance with the law.

Carverse did honour the price but were very unprofessional the day I went to collect the vehicle. I was left sitting at reception for at least 20mins before anyone appeared. The sales person after completion of the paperwork did not even take me to the car just handed me the keys and pointed in the direction where it was parked and walked off.

Misleading (made a lot of promises but when actually proceed to order, they changed them and used a lot of time and effort to do the least possible);

Poor communication (heard nothing from Carverse including the most pivotal information by the evening before delivery until we checked with them);

Sloppy service (promised car valeting but air vents were covered with dust, so was the speakers and car boot, and charging point was covered with mud);

And they simply don't care - I sent my feedback over 2 weeks ago and heard nothing to date.
