I liked the setting. It gave an immediate professional impression. The showroom was comfortable, with plenty of places for confidential conversations.

The range of cars on display was extensive and of good quality. No bangers!

The people were splendid: warm, helpful, and approachable, while remaining professional.

I change car infrequently (I bought the last one in 2007), so buying a new car can potentially be very intimidating. This was definitely not the case with Carverse!

Easy transaction, supportive customer friendly staff, polite and helpful. Good range of vehicle choices. Some issues with purchased vehicle post delivery but acknowledged, owned and rectified quickly by Carverse, entirely as would be expected. I would recommended this company as a trusted motor trader and would use again.

I had an amazing and wonderful experience with Carverse when i got my new car. The process was fantastic and helpful. Hence, the service received from the staff was extraordinary.

This people are not ready to sell the car make me wait 2 weeks then the car still got some problems

Bought a lovely Kia eNiro from Carverse (via HeyCar). Fantastic car in great condition. Kamil and the team at the showroom were very friendly and helpful. They managed to get the vehicle ready for us quickly as we needed it prior to going on holiday.

We had one issue regarding the refund of a £250 deposit which I had been chasing for over a month. As soon as I left a negative review on here, Kamil reached out to me and had it refunded within 24hrs. Such a shame the accounting wasn't so proactive and it took a TrustPilot review to make things happen.

Otherwise though, many thanks for a smooth vehicle purchase!

The popularity of online car buying and car supermarkets probably reflects that it’s an experience that can make some buyers quite anxious so the whole process is better the simpler it is.

No hard sell, nobody being pushy, I popped in to have a look and having a sit and then a test drive was all easy.

Great range of cars and purchase was pretty straightforward. Had a hiccup with new mot not being done before collection but it was sorted out fairly easily.

All in all it’s a hugely welcoming place and the people are lovely. And I adore the car.

A great deal and very friendly staff. The car was very good and had a car reveal under a sheet on the exchange day, a nice touch. Only a little let down on getting a deal promised spare key of which was a hassle at the end of the process. So that is why the 4 stars review. Overall very good car and deal and friendly staff !

A well humoured and service minded young man, that made the usually stressful task of car buying easy. Although Carverse couldn't fix one minor issue, they have agreed to pay for work done by the OEM.
