Defective part. Requested to refund but no response.

Mirror got smashed by big motorhome mirror. Luckily shell and everything else ok just smashed mirror. Has a search on local euro parts etc then Amazon and other websites. Most were about £90. Found Carwingmirrorglass.co.uk and found there replacement glass straight away, but realised it didn’t look the same so messaged through WhatsApp on website and got a response almost immediately with a link to the correct OEM replacement costing £20! Next day delivery Royal Mail and it arrived next morning. Wasn’t sure about the tabs enclosed so messaged again and response straight away to say they are locating tabs. Fitted mirror with no hassle. Excellent service, amazing help and communication, amazing value for an OEM part! My smashed one wasn’t!

Amazing costumer service, very helpful and understanding

Ordered wrong mirror (my fault), contacted company via number provided. They were able to rectify the problem immediately, sent pictures and information via WhatsApp and sent a link for postage to send out replace mirror, along with label to return the wrong one. Mirror arrived next day, fits perfect - would 100% use company again. Very helpful and great customer service. Thank you.

Decent chap who actually called me back personally and explained that although my VW Caddy is a 2017 (67 plate), the mirror parts are the earlier 2004–2016 type, which saved me ordering the wrong part again. Sent the correct mirror straight away. Helpful, knowledgeable, and great service. Highly recommended. 😄 👍🏻

Item is faulty and the mirror has come unstuck in less than a month. They refused a replacement or refund even though they are breaching the Consumer Rights Act. Would not recommend.

Absolutely thrilled with our replacement glass. We ordered it late saturday night and received it today. The packaging was brilliant and was packed with plenty of bubble wrap for transport. Will definitely purchase again if needed

Sent an empty box with no email about shipping. 6 days ago, sent 6/7 emails, called 2/3 times, done an online enquiry no response. Luckily I used my credit card and can claim as fraud. Avoid this company

I ordered a Glass for my car which I needed quickly. The order was dispatched promptly and when I received it I was very happy with the quality of the product. VW wanted £83 for a glass where as it cost me £11 from this company and it fitted perfectly.

Mirror was received the next day, which was good, but not the right one.
Have tried to make contact by on-line form, email and phone without success.
The mobile just gets switched off and landline rings out.
I do not think this is necessarily a scam site, just woeful customer service.
