The Casa was beyond perfect and the only downside was the necessary diet when we got home as the food was perfection.

From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything about Casa Amore is 10/10. We were only a small group and didn’t know what to expect but Paula is so friendly and welcoming and after that first night, we knew we’d made the best decision.
The food is out of this world! One member of our group is celiac and was nervous about being away from home but Mark put her mind at rest and was able to conjure up the most delectable meals three times a day!
Kylie and Shannon provided us with so much fun, endless entertainment, an abundance of delicious drinks and always knew exactly what we needed and when without even having to ask for it!
Vanessa is beyond helpful with excursions and suggestions and worked with us to come up with an itinerary for the week.
We’ve been lucky enough to stay in some incredible resorts over the years but this absolutely tops the bill. We never go back to the same place but with Casa Amore we’re making an exception and already planning our next trip. I think that tells you everything you need to know!

Magical experience travelled with group of 18 people. Arrived at this stunning house to be greeted by the most attentive friendly staff. the house is a great size with many areas for our group to spread out, the kids loved the games room and pool area whilst the adults found it hard to tear themselves away from the sunset bar. the Pool was heated and it had fully equipped gym. The staff could not do enough for us, they arranged for a beauty therapist to come to the house into the Spa area . Staff were always on hand to get you what ever you wanted without it feeling intrusive in fact I felt like I made new friends. the staff really do go above and beyond for guests, we loved the team. Paula was exceptional she connected with us before we arrived to arrange all the various options available to guests, from hiring a water slide for the kids to arranging entertainment and disco fancy dress party. If we could have packed her in our case we would have brought her home. The team were faultless, we loved Paula and Zoe singing in the nightclub supported by the wonderful Shannon. We had fun fancy dress party with sweet Kylie. Marie brought the house down with her musical theatre singing on Christmas Day. A highly talented team, A big thank to our chefs, both exceptional both willing to cook what ever we asked for, and so much food. If your looking to go somewhere in a big group and looking for luxury privacy and five star service this is the place to head to. I can not wait to return. Do not hesitate highly recommend.

We celebrated my father’s 80th at Casa Amore and it totally exceeded our expectations. It is like staying in a luxury 5* hotel but it is all yours! The attention detail is fantastic. Activities and entertainment all included and this really helps to create a fun atmosphere. We were a large group ranging from 1-85 years and it was perfect. Paula and the team made it so special, we will never forget it. Thank you team Casa Amore, we can’t wait to come back.

Well .. What can I say without seeming crazy… CASA AMORE.. caters for anybody and everybody, whatever you want to do/ have or consume Paula and her team will move heaven and earth to make sure they deliver and by goodness they do 🥳. There energy and enthusiasm is tireless, from the minute you arrive it’s truly first class.

I arranged the event wanting something special to celebrate our business anniversary and previously been to some amazing places Dubai etc .. I spoke with Paula 8 months prior and was sold the dream that I would be the best … The dream was a reality and can honestly say the team and I have a fab fun adventure for the 5 nights .. Delicious food prepared with consultation from Matt and Hannah with nothing a problem to cook from Surf and Turf to midnight chips butties after a few drinks or 10 .. NOTHING was a problem . The cleaver tuck shop for the nibblers to the free flowing Sam miguel all catering for all … The Cave .. can give away too much buth the themed nights that Rick and Paula put on will living in the memory with them attracting the very best acts and entertainers that Tenerife has to offer as ther ALL want to perform at Casa .. Simply the Best .. Even when we fancied a day out on a boat we was treat to something very special with first class service whale watching with bubbles and nibbles onboard .. I think the locals will remember us singing Merry Christmas by Shakin Steven’s as we came into harbour 😱😂 . Casa Amore has everything and everything but it’s Paula and her team who make the place what it is they really do.

Well what can I say! Our recent trip to Casa Amore exceeded all our expectations we knew it was going to be good but prepare to be blown away! Thanks to Paula and the team for royally looking after us it was a trip that will go down in history thanks again guys and see you soon 🤩⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Where do I start. Our time in Casa Amore was absolutely amazing, from start to finish. The amazing staff, amazing food, fantastic entertainment, fun and games. Paula and her team catered to our every need. Hopefully one day we will get to return.

We returned last Saturday after spending an incredible 5 nights at Casa Amore. The villa is centrally located within easy walking distance to some shops and bars. However the villa itself has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The onasite chefs prepared some gorgeous meals and prepared some lovely alternatives for the fussy eaters in our party. To me the best by far were the staff as they bent over backwards to make our stay remarkable and believe me when I say, nothing was too much trouble.

What a week, the staff where 5star, great fun and nothing too much trouble. The villa is stunning, food amazing, location brilliant and the events they can put on are just so much fun. I have had a week of fun fun fun and hope to be back one day.

We have just returned from an amazing stay at Casa for my friends 50th. A mixed group of ages 24- 52 plus 3 boys age 9/11.

First impressions showed us what we had in store. We were greeted with the warmest welcome by Kylie who whisked us off to the villa. What a beautiful property… tastefully decorated and so many different areas to socialise. We settled in quickly and the ladies made us feel at home.

Chef Matt made us delightful meals several times a day and Marie, Sonia and Danielle kept the cocktails flowing.
Paula and Zoe were fantastic entertainers and the life and soul of the villa. Party nights were a blast, from the karaoke to the Dance Monkeys - I’ve not laughed so much in a while.

The boys had the best time in the games room and swimming pool and fully embraced their ‘barbie girl karaoke’ act with costumes (that’s one to remind them of in a few years).
Lastly thank you to Rick for making us welcome and the rest of the team for keeping everything running smoothly and doing the mountains of washing we produced.

The only negative was having to leave.
Hopefully see you all again one day !!

We booked Casa Amore over a year ago for our family and friends, for an early 50th Birthday celebration.

We watched as the positive reviews poured in and while we knew it would be good, we really didn’t know just how good!!

The villa is amazing - beautiful pool and seating areas and so many facilities to occupy everyone. The games room was a massive hit with the kids (and the big kids). Le Cav was also great to keep us entertained in the evenings.

The bit that doesn’t come across on the photos though is just how amazing the whole Casa Amore team are. From the pre-arrival planning with Rick and Vanessa, to Paula who runs a fab concierge team (Zoe, Kylie, Sonia, Danielle and Marie) - the service was outstanding and the evening entertainment hilarious. Matt the chef is on another level and every single meal was consulted on with us all and tasted amazing.

The team who were more behind the scenes cleaning and maintaining the villa do an amazing job and having our washing done every day has saved so much time after coming home.

I can’t rate this villa highly enough - we thoroughly enjoyed every minute and I haven’t laughed as much in ages.

Thank you to you all for making it such a fabulous experience. I now just need to work out how and when I can come back now! 😊

We booked Casa Amore for a family holiday, 13 of us aged 5 to 73, this is the first time we have booked a serviced villa & I think we picked the best 🤩

After we booked it, we were fortunate enough to be in Tenerife & the lovely Paula picked us up & showed us round, we met some of the team & we knew we had made the right decision.

We had an absolute fantastic week, the Casa Amore team gave us a week of fantastic memories & we can’t thank them all enough.

I am sure we will be back to make more memories 💕

We booked our family & friends holiday at Casa Amore over 9 months prior to travelling. The wait was well and truly worth it.
What a fabulous holiday we had, made even more wonderful by Zoe, Marie, Kylie, Danielle & Sonia.
Your two chefs kept us well fed and I don’t think I’ve ever eaten that much good food on any holiday previously!
The beautifully decorated villa is kept immaculate by Klea & Sarah every day & to have your laundry done each day too was a real billy bonus!!
The entertainment, Luke Unique, was hilarious, we couldn’t stop laughing the next day. Great fun.
Your girls made the most delicious cocktails for us and looked after us so very well, I just didn’t want to leave.

The staff team were amazing, Paula and the rest of the team went all out to make our experience exceptional, honestly nothing was too much trouble.

Where do I start?
Booked a year in advance for 13 guests (family & friends). From the moment we arrived we were taken care of by Paula, Rick and their lovely team.
I decided to have my 50th birthday at Casa Amore and lots of entertainment was booked. The party was a great success Paula worked non stop to make the event seamless.
Friends and family at surrounding hotels joined us and loved the food, atmosphere, staff and of course the magnificent cocktails they all made. I could not have wished for a better night will be talked about for years to come!
Food is outstanding big thank you to Matt and Mark everyone loved the attention to detail.
Kylie, Zoey and of course Marie were so helpful and accommodating we were all very sad to leave them all. From having our coffee's ready to entertaining us we loved all the girls.
Last but certainly not least was PAULA! Wow she certainly made sure we had a ball. 5 Star Service and we will be returning for sure.
Don't hesitate this is an amazing villa with brilliant staff and heaps of memories to be made.

We've just returned from the most incredible week at Casa Amore and could honestly write a whole thesis on what a fantastic time we had!

The experience is so much more than just an all inclusive villa!

The villa itself itself is impeccable, not just when you arrive but throughout your stay, cleaned constantly, not just the villa but the bedding, linens even your own laundry, and the fixtures and fittings are all of the highest quality.

The configuration of the villa provides so many different areas that even with a full house (14 of us) you never feel on top of one another. The views out to La Gomera are beautiful and the south westerly orientation ensures all day sunshine and incredible sunsets.

Then there's the food, all prepared and cooked to the highest of standards served at a time to suit. With snacks and drinks offered throughout the day there really isn't any need to leave this little oasis for the duration of your stay.

But what really makes Casa Amore the experience of a lifetime is the staff. Each and every one of them are outstanding, they're there when you want them, discreetly hidden away if you don't! But you will want them as they really do become part of the family during your stay.

Casa Amore is an indulgent holiday but if you're considering something special I can guarantee that you will not be disappointed.

Just returned from what was the best holiday experience ever at Casa Amore Tenerife.
The villa is a palace, beautiful, spacious and so clean it sparkles everyday. It has so many areas that you lose yourself in isolation or be “with the crowd”.
A hot tub, an ice bath to follow if you’re brave enough, a wonderful sauna then many relaxing areas if you just want a coffee.
A fantastic pool really clean and well looked after (thank you Bob) suitable for playing with the children with a multitude of inflatables but also ideal for swimming the lengths.
There’s a games room with Xbox , arcade type driving games , ping pong, pool table and table top football… and a gym with running machines, a bench and separate free weights to name a couple … all the games and equipment are top draw too, top quality and well maintained.
Nothing is too much trouble for the staff they all go over and above expectations and cater for all your needs.
Owner Paula is hands on and is the life and soul of the party especially combined with Zoe on our karaoke night held in Casa Amore’s own Night Club — yep it ‘s got one of those too …
Zoe, Shannon and Kylie are very attentive and have such happy dispositions all day (or night) working tirelessly to keep drinks topped up and food on the table and are just a delight to be around and for the week they all became part of our family.
The children loved them all too.
Paula especially, being like the Pied Piper continually getting the children to make arts and crafts , playing games , dressing them up in various “garbs”.
Then the food …don’t really know how to describe taste …the two chefs Matt and Mark are astounding.
They cook the most mouth watering food to perfection all styles to each and everyone’s taste. From a simple pancake for breakfast to a full blown three course dinner the tastes were unbelievable.
Believe me this is a really special place with really special people running it who we took into our hearts.

What an absolutely amazing place! Casa Amore has it all.
Our party ranged in ages from 5 to 70 and there was plenty to entertain everyone…. Pool, gym, games room, karaoke, hot tub, sauna, spa treatments even their own night club! and plenty of areas to just chill.
Paula and her team were so attentive, nothing was too much trouble.
The food was to die for, thanks to the fantastic skills of Matt and Mark.
The children loved being entertained by Paula she made them each feel so special, they didn’t want to leave her.
Massive thanks to each one of the team for making us all feel so special.
