Scarpe belle ma qualità pessima, indossate la seconda volta si sono distrutte in maniera irreparabile, rischiando di farmi rompere una caviglia. Ed ero ferma immobile. Quello che è peggio è che ho provato per mesi a contattare il loro Servizio Clienti sia telefonicamente che via mail e sono totalmente spariti. Pessimi!!!!

Effettuo acquisto il 02/11 un paio di scarpe. Il giorno successivo arriva in tracking del corriere dove mi dice che la spedizione non esiste. Contatto il servizio clienti tre volte e per tre volte nessuno che mi sa dire cosa è successo. Siamo al 13/11 e ancora non so se arriverà il pacco. Pessima esperienza e servizio clienti inesistente. Almeno dirmi perché sussistono dei problemi sul mio ordine.. nemmeno quello. Vergogna !!

Be careful the Customer Service is very poor. Payed for all items and return one. They cancel the bill from a item , I was already payed. And nobody fix the mess at my Klarna Account.

Nell’arco di un mese ho effettuato per 3 volte ordine sul vostro sito, e per ben 3 volte, a distanza di alcuni giorni dall’ordine, mi avete successivamente comunicato che l’ordine era annullato perché l’articolo non era disponibile, mentre l’articolo risultava in realtà disponibile sul sito. Contattato per 3 volte il vostro supporto clienti, per 3 volte la risposta è stata “non so” e “riprovi a fare l’ordine”. Pessima esperienza d’acquisto, un livello di servizio e di portale e-commerce totalmente inadeguato ad un brand che si vuole posizionare come premium price.

My order was delayed, then retired for no reason. I was told it could not be re-send also without being given a reason. And this is the last e-mail I sent almost two weeks ago. I followed it up with a phone call and I still did not receive any response.

First and foremost the boots are no longer available on the website and I would like to have them.
Second if you issue a refund I shall most likely loose the money on currency exchange, meaning I am getting no merchandise, and I am paying a fine.

The third aspect is how poorly was my order cancelled. I am listing the issues below:
1. I do not get order confirmation immediately after placing the order,
2. I contact customer service and get the information that the order will be cancelled,
3. I make another enquiry, get no response whatsoever and then out of the blue I get an invoice and order confirmation,
4. It states on the order confirmation that it is due to be delivered on the 23rd of December. It does not get delivered and there is no information as to when it can be expected,
5. I contact customer services again and I do not hear back for a while. Only after few days I get apologies for the delay, but still without any information as to when the package should be expected.
6. Out of the blue package arrives at the delivery address and it is returned straight away (apparently refused, but I find it hard to believe it as it was expected),
7. I contact UPS number of times, re-arrange re-delivery and get information that it is going to be delivered on Friday the 31st of December or Monday the 3rd of January,
8. The package does not arrive, so I made further enquires with UPS only to find out that it is being returned to you in the end.

Some of these may be more UPS fault, but still this is your subcontractor and the transaction Is between myself - the client, and Casadei - the service / goods provider, so I expect you to take responsibility what what have happened.

9. I call Casadei customer service to find out what can happen now and initially I get connected to a lady who can hardly understand English and who tells me that the parcel is being re-delivered. I ask her to double check and the line drops. I call again and I speak to a gentleman who introduced himself as Miquel who tells me the package is with Casadei and nothing can be done. He is not even able to explain why or offer any alternative resolution.
10. I make a request to get the item shipped again via chat message. I am promised that someone would look into it and get back to me and again I receive no response.

This is my first Casadei order and if you do ntk react promptly to this complaint, it will be certainly the last one. I would expect so much more from a designer brand. The ironic thing is that the time I have invested in tracking this order and all related to it communication is worth far more than the value of the boots and the amount I suppose to save buying them on sale. I should be compensated for this.

This has been a horrible experience resulted from number of mistakes made and extremely poor customer service; therefore I wish for this complaint to be escalated to a senior person within your organization.

Service minable. 13 jours calendrier et toujours rien d’expedie. Le service client s’excuse mais ne propose pas de solution ou geste commercial. Ils disent avoir fait remonter le cas ….

Soltanto 4 stelle perché a due paia delle mie scarpe sì è rotto il tacco. Adoro Casadei Blade e penso che è la scarpa con tacco 12 più comoda in assoluto! Non parliamo del aspetto incredibile ma anche della qualità, cura dei dettagli e la varietà dei colori. Il servizio clienti è molto gentile e disponibile, in effetti ad entrambe paia sono stati sostituiti i tacchi ad un costo di 60€. Tutto sommato va bene… ma a volte ho il timore che possa spaccarsi un tacco quando meno me l’aspetto! Credo che una scarpa che costi 600€ non debba avere un difetto simile.

Semplicemente le scarpe migliori al mondo!

Acquisto sempre con molto piacere un nuovo paio di scarpe e quelle di Casadei sono davvero favolose.
5 stelle tutte per il Made in Italy per la qualità dei materiali la pelle e morbidissima .
A Bologna ci sono solo i rivenditori di fatto dopo qualche anno bisogna per forza ripiegare sul e-commerce.Per me e stata una scoperta super positiva con la vasta scelta di modelli e la possibilità di acquistare i mezzi numeri che spesso non sono disponibili in negozio.Il sito ufficiale non delude massima serietà per quanto riguarda i ordini con occasioni imperdibili per i clienti registrati.
Facile da contattare anche il costumer service sempre tramite il proprio account rispondono sempre e sono molto gentili.
Spedizioni standard con consegna in 2/3 giorni l'unica pecca e il costo aggiuntivo per la consegna se non sbaglio di 8 euro.

la mia esperienza è per il momento assolutamente negativa! ho ordinato un paio di sneakers sul loro sito ufficiale in data 14/12/2020, ho pagato con carta di credito e pagato anche la spedizione che prevedeva la consegna in 1-2 giorni lavorativi, dopo tre giorni ho contattato il loro servizio clienti, mi hanno risposto che avevano sollecitato il corriere e che erano costernati per il ritardo. Passa il weekend lunedi mattina li ricontatto e mi dicono che hanno sollecitato ancora, a questo punto chiamo il corriere, che mi dice che Casadei gli ha solo mandato i dati di riferimento ma non ha mai consegnato loro fisicamente il pacco che quindi non può essere spedito! Ho immediatamente ricontattato il servizio clienti che mi ha detto che non è mai capitata una cosa dei genere, ho chiesto il rimborso ma non possono farlo perchè hanno aperto un indagine che può durare 1-2 settimane, solo allora mi daranno un feedback... io sono allibita da tutta la situazione era un regalo pagato fior di soldi più la spedizione, e se non mi muovevo io continuavano a sostenere di averlo inviato!

Les chaussures sont jolies, chères, mais le service minable. J'ai effectué un achat le 9 décembre 2020. ref: CA-EU-00764343. A ce jour toujours pas de colis reçu. J'ai appelé le service client qui ne parle qu'anglais et il me donne les mêmes informations que celles accessibles via GLS (le transporteur). De ce que j'en vois, pas de livraison avant semaine prochaine et je ne sais même pas si avant Noel je l'aurais. Ca tombe bien c'est pour un cadeau....de noël !!
Avec des produits à ce prix ils pourraient au moins faire la démarche d'appeler le transporteur et d'avoir des infos plus fiables. En gros je recommande pour les chaussures mais je déconseille fermement pour ce qui est du service. MINABLE. le luxe n'est plus ce qu'il était.
