Great service provided by Reo from the Support Team today! Not only he resolved my query very quickly but also took the time to kindly call to follow up and add extra clarification. It made me feel very well looked after and certainly showed that he went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed.

Thank you to Gary for his A1 service. Got us approved within a few hours and we had all the details to start taking payments at the start of the next business day!

Excellent company to deal with. A lot more understandable to customers with no knowledge compared to other payment gateways.

Have just switched over to Cashflows and am super impressed. Very easy onboarding experience and amazing service from Alisa, who has been incredibly helpful from the start. Hosted Payment Pages have integrated perfectly on our site (desktop and mobile) and the ability to customise the appearance is great. Everything is working well so far - very happy!

We have been with Cashflows since the start of our Competition company there have been a few issues which where resolved fast by my account manager Alissa who is a real credit to the company. We are very happy with the service provided by them. The control panel is easy to use and we chose the daily payouts.

Cashflows has been our Company's Payment Processer for over 2 years. Their service is extremely reliable and capacity to successfully handle payments and process extremely prompt remittances is also excellent. Recently their customer service has been taken to another level by our new Account Manager Joseph, whom is ultimately why we feel obliged to leave a review. Joseph's genuine care, consideration, enthusiasm and diligence for his Clients is so refreshing. We've never had an Account Manager who goes as far as responding to any and all queries on Public Holidays, weekends and after hours regularly. It really is above and beyond the call of duty. A huge asset to Cashflows and to us as a Company to have someone with such genuine consideration and care for maintaining and building Client relationships.

I’ve been working with cashflows for just over 6 months now and I can honestly say they are a breath of fresh air!

The fees are good, service is excellent and the reporting is brilliant.

I am so pleased I moved over to these guys!

Cashflows have been great since day one, however I’d like to give a special mention to Joseph Anthony who went above and beyond to assist me with documents I required over the weekend.
Not only did he assist, he actually took time out to do it on Saturday… the day before he ran the London marathon!

On boarding was extremely easy, I was a little worried that I would experience issues being a new system but we literally had ZERO.

Alex our account manager is extremely helpful and responsive and even gives us advice where needed.

Overall a fantastic payment processor and an even better team supporting it, thanks guys!

Onwards and upwards!

I needed to switch gateway providers as my old one didn't provide all the feratures I'd like and also had issues with scaling/high demand on busy days.

Cashflows are by far the easiest providers I've worked with out of the 4 I've been with previously.

Onboarding was flawless, docs provided and approved within the week.

Intergration was simple, quick and easy. Literally up and running within 5 mins of getting access to the plugin!

Support? ....we has some issues with our business bank account / ltd setup which caused issues within the cashflows system. In turn we then discovered a techinical fault and once it was in the hands of the correct team, this was also resolved quick and efficiently with minimal distruption. Literally couldn't of asked for better support.

Customer Service? Only one word for it and thats "Alex" Calls multple times a week to checkout on clients to make sure everythings ok and things are going smooth and there's nothing else we need.

100% recommend cashflows to anyone.

I recently started a new business and was recommended to cashflows by a friend. I was then contacted by a gentleman called Alex Rossi who told me about the company and the process of joining.

Alex made it so simple and walked us through the whole process. Within a week we were up and running and the service is second to none.

We have now been operating for approximately six weeks and had no issues at all, Alex keeps in touch to make sure everything is going as it should be. We have had no issues at all and and our transactions are going to our account daily without any issues.

I would recommend any business looking for a payment solution should definitely consider using this company.

I moved my payments from another provider who I could never get hold of. Since moving to Cashflows, Alex has sorted each of the few issues that I have had within 24 hours. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Alex contacted us earlier in the year about moving to Cashflows and while we were a little sceptical at first I can honestly say its been one of the best decisions I've made. Next day settlement and no longer paying a reserve has helped completely turn our competition business around. We used to get a LOT of soft declines with our old provider and this is no longer the case. Alex has been a massive help from onboarding to picking up the phone to ask a quick question. 5 stars from me!!

I have to agree with other positive reviews left on here. I run a competition business and was extremely sceptical at first regarding the next day settlements that cash flows can do however, best decision I have ever made is moving to them! The fast settlement times ie next day has helped transform my business and double my sales in only four weeks! -Absolutely unreal! I really did not expect that and just shows the difference it can make having another supportive business like cash flows working alongside you supporting you to grow, which in any business is a must.! My account manager Mia has also been extremely helpful and supportive whenever I have emailed her. 5 stars from me and DEFINITELY a business to go to if you run a high risk business 100%! You will see a change almost immediately in your turnover and what you can do, literally. I would really save yourself time and hassle while also growing your business and just go with cash flows and I will recommend to everyone like Iv been doing so far 😊- Skye (using Liams account).

As a business we had some website issues but happy to have Alex working with us, even though it had nothing to do with Cashflows specifically. They really do go the extra mile. After resolving my original issues with making contact with sales and having the issues explained to me I'm now happy to now have Alex as a contact who has been on top of communication and we're now looking forward to working with cashflows going forward. Cashflows have been very accommodating so far.
