I strongly advise all business owners to avoid Global Payments Inc. 3550 Lenox Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30326, US. They utilize a "bait-and-switch" tactic, offering low introductory fees only to implement massive, unannounced increases.
Our experience has been a nightmare: Unauthorized Deductions: They have withdrawn over $8,000 from our business account despite the account having zero activity since 2024.
Lack of Disclosure: They implemented a 38% fee hike without any notification and stopped providing statements, effectively obscuring the charges.
Refusal to Refund: Even after an audit proved these fees were inconsistent with our contract and activity level, they have refused to return the funds.
We were forced to have our bank issue a block on their access after our cease-and-desist orders were ignored. Check their BBB rating before signing anything—do not give this company access to your business accounts.

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Global Payments.
When I set up my account, the representative I dealt with, Charlie Sweeney, clearly explained that I would make a one-off payment for the card machine, and then only pay a percentage fee based on my sales. This sounded fair and reasonable, which is why I agreed to proceed.
However, after checking my account, I’ve noticed regular charges being taken — £4.40, £5.12, and in some months £26 or £45 even when I’ve had little or no sales. This was never clearly explained at the start.
When I contacted customer service today, I was told these charges are for renting the card machine and monthly VAT. This directly contradicts what I was originally told.
I feel misled by the information given at sign-up, and the pricing structure has not been transparent. I would advise others to carefully review all terms and conditions before committing.

Azizi Arthur came to for a renewal application and i said that i wouldnt do anything till he helped me resolve the issue of all the DD's that have been taken and unable to find invoices for on the portal.
He then went away to investigate and game back with information that the call centre were not able to assist me with.
We were then able to identify that we didn't have 2 of the merchant ID's on our portal, which he went away and got added for us.
Azizi from the moment he contact me has been helpful right to the very end.
