My dealings were with Delyn Pietersen-Kruger in relation to an issue we had with reconciling a transaction. I have had similar dealings in the past with Delyn and always find him to be very professional and courteous in his approach. We had new terminals delivered last week and were not sure how to do refunds on the Terminal. So delayed installing, today we had a tutorial with Bhav who was super helpful, talking us through the process, being very patient and explaining everything. Excellent service and very competitive rates
We’ve been with GlobalPay since the day we opened our business, and the experience has been consistently positive. From the start, James has always looked after us—professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure we had competitive card rates that worked for our operation. His support has been a constant and very much appreciated.
More recently, Kevin from the succession team went above and beyond to keep our business. He took the time to understand our needs, explored every option available, and made sure we felt valued as long‑standing customers.
It’s rare to find a payments provider where the people truly make the difference, but both James and Kevin have done exactly that. Highly recommended.
