I have received exceptional service from James Cherry (Customer Loyalty Manager) and his team over the last three years. During our transition to new credit card machines, we encountered several initial challenges. James and his team went above and beyond by coordinating directly with their technical support department to secure a crucial software upgrade. While the troubleshooting process took some time, their persistence paid off. Our staff now thoroughly enjoy using the upgraded machines, which have significantly improved our daily operations. Furthermore, I recently underwent our annual merchant price review. While my initial hope was simply to keep our current rates flat, James's team secured a reduction in our charges. In the current economic climate—where the leisure and hospitality sector is facing severe hardships—this financial relief is incredibly impactful.

I was contacted firstly by telephone. Puja Patel introduced herself straight away, and was able to identify in which direction our conversation would need to go. She was able to pass the necessary details to other colleagues who came back to her and therefore me through an Email conversation, with a satisfactory result for both of us.

She was so friendly and said that she could sort it all out for me. Puja was so helpful and sorted everything out so quickly and she explained it all to me what needed to be done. Our credit card machines are on an old copper line so rang global payments to see if we could switch the terminals we have to wifi before they get turned off. Tom Baines was so helpful with the switch , sorted it all out in no time at all with no fuss. Machines are on there way to us now so from ringing up to confirmation of despatch all done in less than two days.
