This place is the business that will…
This place is the business that will get your business handled quickly, professionally, hassle free. I couldn't believe how quickly the whole process was. The moment I sent them my gold a couple hours later they had gotten back to me letting me know my package was in its way when I woke up the next day I had my offer to accept or deny. And the money will be in my account a couple hours after accepting. If I could give them 10 stars Id give them 20. Thanks cash for gold usa

Having the ability to discuss an offer can make a big difference, especially when the first number is not quite where you hoped it would be. At Cash for Gold USA, we want our customers to feel comfortable asking questions and having a conversation before deciding whether to sell. We are glad our team was able to work with you toward an offer you felt good about rather than making the process feel like a take it or leave it proposition. Just as importantly, once you made your decision, we kept things moving so your check could be issued quickly. Thank you for recognizing both the flexibility and speed of our service. We appreciate your trust, Debbie, and hope to have the opportunity to work with you again!

A positive experience should not depend on whether you ultimately decide to sell. At Cash for Gold USA, we want every customer to receive fast service, clear communication, and the information they need to make the decision that is right for them. We are glad our team kept you informed throughout the process and made you feel comfortable even though you chose to keep your valuables. There is never an obligation to accept an offer, and we believe that choice should always remain with the customer. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to evaluate your items and for recognizing the service you received along the way. We truly appreciate the kind review and hope you will keep us in mind if you ever decide to sell in the future!

From start to finish: top notch service only took a day from when I sent in my jewelry and got my offer. It was a bit low. So I declined. Got an immediate reply asking for what I wanted. They met my price and sent me a check.i can't recommend them enough

The opportunity to have a conversation about your offer is an important part of the experience at Cash for Gold USA. We are glad that when the initial offer was not where you wanted it to be, our team responded immediately, listened to what you were looking for, and was able to reach a number that worked for you. You are always free to accept or decline, and we want customers to feel comfortable discussing their offer before making that decision. It is also great to hear that the entire process, from sending in your jewelry to receiving an offer, took just a day. an old dental filling I kept
I had an old dental filling I kept for my grandson. He wasn't interested. I figured I wouldn't let it go to waste so I looked up this company. They seemed fair and reputable so I went with them. No checking with a bunch of other places. I trust they did me fairly here.
