Unvault Reviews

I'm very satisfied with my Unvault experience.

The constant communication was perfect in making the transaction feel personal and instilled total confidence throughout the journey.

I am impressed with the clarity and speed of the entire process.

I would certainly use Unvault again in the future and I would absolutely recommend it to others.

I have sent five orders to Unvault so far and will definitely use them again. The experience has been transparent, fast, and professional every step of the way.

Very simple process. Quick pay out.

This experience was so fast they shipped me my fedex box I shipped my jewelry back to them I watched the video of them opening the box and weighing my pieces then they gave me a great offer on my jewelry that i accepted and the pay out was the very next day of excepting the offer through my bank i will refer them to my friends and family that jewelry was just sitting in my jewelry box

They were fast, efficient, and very courteous! I will only use them if I want to sell a piece of jewelry.

They made it so easy to send in jewelry to be sought/sold. The notifications were clear and easy to follow. Their communications were always clear, concise and helpful.

Nothing but positive things. From the shipping box and label that was provided. (Super helpful by the way) to the transaction. The transparency of each item value and the video provided was amazing. Transfer was very fast as well.

Very transparent, quick, fair through the entire process. I highly recommend them if you have jewelry that you need to sell. Much better than a jewelry store or pawn shop.

It was very transparent. I'm glad we trusted them. Super fast, super friendly service.

I suppose it's natural to have some apprehension dealing with a new company. I did a little research and you had very good marks. And in all fairness, they probably should have been higher. The transparency was flawless, immediate, and explained well. Your efforts to make me feel comfortable was evident. I appreciate how you run your company. I'll be back should I ever have the need again. You guys really did rock. Thanks. Best wishes in the future.
