Absolutely the best & the most painless process from start to end. This was my 2nd company I sent my jewelry to & they had the best maximum offer. Everything was done promptly from receiving, evaluating, the offer, & the payment process. I received my payment the next day. I highly recommend them!

In my first sale, Unvault earned my trust by offering more than its initial appraisal for a necklace. When I was surprised by how much PayPal took just for receiving money, Unvault sent me that amount in an Amazon gift card. PayPal's fee and my ignorance of it wasn't their fault, but they stepped up, anyhow.

Great service wasn't a fluke... In my second sale, Unvault evaluated everything I sent and made an offer on the same day it received the jewelry. They were so fair, patient and responsive that I will not sell jewelry to anyone else.

Very pleasant experience! Shipped my items Monday, received by Unvault on Wednesday, received my report on Thursday and my money on Friday. Happy with my values and got way more money than I would selling on my own. Finally able to take a vacation! Recommend!

They are very fair in their prices although they do charge a 20% fee . They appraise very fast and provide video testing your jewelry, which is really interesting . And my payout was the next day which was the best part . They are very trustworthy and I will definitely use their services again .

I was hesitant to send in my jewelry at first. I worried the online appraisal was too high and that once they had it in hand, they’d lowball me. That’s not what happened at all. They actually offered me more than the original online appraisal. Their communication was excellent and they were transparent every step of the way. I’d recommend Unvault to anyone thinking about selling jewelry or gold.

This company was very open and honest with the whole process. Its easy to upload photos...you can add weights...and submit easily. The selling process was easy..with them providing free shipping label. Once received communication was at its utmost. Received emails and was told when to expect an offer after they evaluated the pieces. Once I accepted, payment was received within a day. I would highly recommend Unvault for selling and getting a fair deal on your jewelry!

I can not say enough good things! Seriously. The whole process beginning to end was very easy. I was very hesitant bc I’ve been holding on to this jewelry for years and very afraid to send it in. Finally after seeing the good reviews I said I’m going to take a chance. I was so worried the prices would be way less than what I anticipated that I actually bought a scale and weighed everything myself and tested everything myself first. Imagine my surprise when the offer was more than what I was expecting! First the shipping was insured and very quick! You guys received it with no problems in two days and it was a weekend. That impressed me and kept me from worrying for days and days if you received it. The AI was spot on with detection as long as I knew the karat weight. That was impressive. Online it says 2-3 business days to review but I knew I had several pieces and it would take longer, when I inquired on the fifth day the owner was so pleasant and even offered me 10% off the fee which I was not expecting at ALL! That is above and beyond business practices. Then when I received the offer everything was clearly communicated along with a video! Seriously impressive. THEN after I accepted the very generous offer, I was paid the VERY NEXT DAY. It doesn’t get any better than that. I don’t really leave too many reviews and I’m not easily impressed with much. I expected hassle, anxiety, low ball offers and honestly a headache. This was insanely easy and actually made my day! It’s refreshing to work with a company that is so dang efficient!!!!!! I have more jewelry to send in and I will honestly say, I can send it in with no worries at all and know you guys got me beginning to end. Thank you for the A+ experience seriously!
