Bonus rules / no withdrawal

So far, I’ve actually always been very satisfied with the casino. I especially like that bonus money and real money are kept separate. After my last deposit, I got lucky and won about €1,250 without having to use any bonus money. I then canceled the active bonus and requested a withdrawal. That withdrawal has now been canceled, and my initial deposit amount has been refunded to me. The reason given was that I wasn’t supposed to cancel the bonus.

Ich habe heute ein Angebot von 125% …

Ich habe heute ein Angebot von 125% Bonus bekommen und habe eine Einzahlung von 50 € gemacht und diesen Bonus freigeschaltet. Nachdem ich mein reales Geld verspielt hatte, wollte ich wie gewohnt den Bonus nutzen, aber der Bonus wurde nicht aktiviert. Ich habe sofort mit Ive im Chat das Problem erörtert, aber der Bonus wurde mir nicht gutgeschrieben. Ich hätte vorher schauen müssen ob der Bonus da ist. Das kann doch nicht sein. Ich bin wie immer davon ausgegangen das alles ok ist. Es ist ein Verschulden des Casinos und nicht mein Fehler. Ma gibt mir den Bonus nicht und das finde ich unseriös und nicht gerade kundenfreundlich!!! Ich meide jetzt dieses Casino.
