I played and won an amount and tried to withdraw it through the same card I had used to deposit it, but after three days I was surprised to see that the transfer had been cancelled and when I asked they said it was a technical error. After that I tried to request the withdrawal again and the site did not open again, and my money is still with them.

Looking at the reviews here everyone is correct as I’m having similar issues but one thing I notice is that support to send a message straight away under these comments with good intentions which in reality when speaking with them directly they ignore you terrible customer service all around

My experience with this online casino has been nothing more than a disaster. If I were you I would stay well clear of them. If I could only turn back time I would have run a mile to get away from them.
I have only recently registered with them and when I won some money and went to withdraw my winnings they asked me for proof of ID which is quite normal according to regulations.
So they asked me for a photo ID and it was accepted.
Then proof of address and this is where all the nonsense started.
I sent them a copy of my bank statement from my banking online account but they didn't accept it
Then I sent them a photo of my paper bank statement but they didn't accept it because it was a different bank account to the one I deposited from.
Ok that's fine so I told them that I only have a Revolut bank account online and of course they don't have branches like other banks so I went online and took a screenshot of my bank details and the date and time of the withdrawal I sent to them on opening my account.
They won't accept it because it's online
Then when I thought we were coming to a solution they then asked me for my birth certificate which I don't have because I have never needed it so they then said that I have to get one before they pay me out.
I told them that I couldn't get one because I'm living and working in a different country but they went on and on for over two hours on live chat saying they can't pay me until I get a birth certificate for them.
The thing is it wasn't a requirement on their list of things I had to provide but as soon as they realised that I didn't have one they dug their heels in.
After every thing that I had provided to them they could have robbed me blind. Also they wanted all my transactions to be seen on my proof of address which I told them was private and confidential and I didn't want to show them that.
Anyway this went on and on for ages but they just didn't want to pay me. I provided passport with photo and driving license and the list goes on.
I was so angry after over2 hours with no success that I gave up and closed the live chat because it was pointless.
Now they are sitting with my winnings in my account but I can never withdraw it
So my advice and experience is go anywhere else but these people.
I even wrote an email to them explaining everything and they didn't even have the common courtesy to reply.

However, as soon as I started winning a bit more, my maximum bet limit was suddenly reduced to €1, which completely ruined the betting experience.

On top of that, I submitted all the requested verification documents on November 12 (including a selfie with my ID in front of the Casinia website, my government-issued ID, and additional paperwork). Since then, I haven’t received any updates, confirmation, or communication regarding the status of my verification.

I currently have €800 stuck in my account, unable to withdraw because the verification process is frozen with no response from support. I understand the importance of security checks, but leaving customers waiting for weeks with zero communication is unacceptable for a licensed operator.

Casinia offers great markets and betting options, but the slow verification process and sudden betting-limit restrictions after winning make the overall experience extremely disappointing. I hope they resolve my verification soon, because this is not the level of service players should expect.
