I wish i could give these sites -10 star. In my life i have never seen worse betting sites then hotstreak i seear to god. Its been already 1 week i havent got my withdrawal. Contacting customer support they only says its been reviewed by relevant team but i have never seen sites reviewing for whole 1 week while depositing there is no problem but while withdrawing they make every excuse. They give reply to email in 2 days. Even if its working days hours they wont pay. Im gonna sue them and get my 10,000£ withdrawal anyhow. Whatever you do dont even by mistake deposit in this app they are bunch of scammers.

Never got my free bonus for depositing ten pounds

Deposit's were accepted and funds able to be played. However, when requesting a withdrawal I received an email asking for documents because apparently my bank account was showing in their system with a different name? All requested docs sent and stillrepeatedly asked for the same info. I am reporting to Gambling ombudsman as suspicious and possible money laundering!

Blocked my account after I requested a withdrawal

Avoid . Joined placed a bet . Tried to log in later on and found I couldn’t . Turns out I’d spelt my password incorrectly. Error on my behalf . Contacted an agent who , to be fair , was quite helpful changed it for me . But I still couldn’t log in . This was 2 weeks ago and I’ve contacted them several times only to be told that my issue has been passed to the relevant department. Haven’t even had chance to check if my bet won . Absolutely appalling service .

I tried depositing it kept rejecting it then they apologised I got 5 quid free bet won 164 and behold I can't withdraw it. Stay well away from this site

Deposit not returned and no communication

I just opened an account - deposited £10 - my balance is showing £0 - I went on live chat and was told the £10 was not showing because I had reached my affordability limit!! I haven’t even placed a bet yet and only spend a few £10 bets per annum in total on any betting site. What a lot of nonsense - it is blatant robbery - I’m going to contact police and the betting regulator

Stay well clear you won't see any of your winnings at all,,3 days trying to withdrawal, sent in all documents asked for excuse after excuse and same person on Live chat deals with all emails so dont listen when they tell you too wait for relevant department its utter bullshit!!!!
