Great water dispenser we both love it me and wife, does exactly what we need it to brilliant.

Item not despatched. Ordered on 28th for next day delivery (as stated on site).
Still not despatched. Emails bounce back saying they are seasonally busy (it’s October not December or Black Friday) and that it will probably take longer than 5 days to get a response but don’t email again or it will take even longer.

Ideal easy to use

Very pleased with the caso hw 660 turbo hot water dispenser. I like the modern design and the touch screen panel works very well. The water storage tank is large and easy to fill with a jug. It includes a water filter so no tainted water taste like a kettle produces . Looks and feels good quality and comes with a two year guarantee. Purchased directly from the Caso website, dispatched and delivered quickly. Would highly recommend this product.

Absolutely love this water heater, no more waiting for the kettle to boil, was surprised how quickly it dispensed the hot water for tea and coffee, lovely design, would highly recommend.

Made an order that never arrived, only to find out the item had gone out of stock. What’s particularly disappointing is that my order was cancelled and refunded without anyone contacting me first.
I would have appreciated being given the option to wait for the item to come back into stock, especially as I purchased it at a discounted price of £99. I was then told it would be back in stock soon — and now that it is, the price has increased to £150.
Really disappointing customer service. A simple conversation could have resolved this, but instead I’ve lost the opportunity to purchase the item at the price I originally paid.

Avoid, the customer service representative completely ignored my disappointment instead of proactively taking an initiative to help resolve this.

Great support from Kelly at Caso. No spare parts are available for their IceCreamer, so when I damaged the bowl I thought I'd have to buy a whole new unit. But she found one in the warehouse and had it sent to me, free of charge. Many thanks!

Well built machine looks like it will last. First attempts at ice cream and yogurt have been amazing, producing quality product like this most premium brands, without all the rubbish ingredients.

My pizza oven came and it was broken, I have been told I can sent the oven back after waiting 7 days to hear a response. Still waiting for my next response to know what day I can actually send it back…. Wish I could write on here about the actual oven itself but I can’t use the bloody thing! All I can say customer service it terrible
