He was informative and went far beyond what I would expect from an estate agent. He offered to contact me later in the day with some background information that I needed urgently and was true to his word. I hope he finds to find a suitable property as I would be very happy to buy with Duncan as the agent.

Estate Agents sometimes get a bad press but Duncan Cohen is a real credit to his profession. Efficient, friendly, professional - and I wasn't even his client, the seller was. When I come to sell the property, I'll look him up.

Many thanks to Annette who has promptly and professionally dealt with our requests, removing obstacles to smoothen the process of moving - in one instance, in the literal sense, by arranging for a door to be taken down and refitted so that a large washing machine would be installed.
