Cassidy and Tate Reviews

The sale of my mother's house was not easy, especially as I live 230 miles away. Graham provided a supportive, smooth efficient service, backed up by a helpful team of staff. I would highly recommend Cassidy and Tate estate agents.

We cannot recommend Cassidy and Tate highly enough during our recent house move. To move during the pandemic, was quite stressful, but Kris Bartos led us through the whole thing; his many years of experience really helped, from the initial marketing, through to viewing and securing a sale. Kris and the whole Cassidy and Tate team were outstanding and kept us informed throughout. The pandemic made things difficult with Solicitors and removal companies and although we were in a small chain it proved difficult to actually finalise the sale. Throughout this tricky period, Kris and his team were there to help and certainly the ultimate completion would not have happened without his considerable expertise.

Interestingly when we first approached agents regarding the sale of our property Cassidy were not who we thought would be our final choice, then Graham turned up on the doorstep! He is knowledgeable, professional and gave us the extra confidence we needed to progress.

They were the gift that kept on giving as then the lovely Hannah took over with the viewings taking a huge stress from us. She took the time to listen and could answer vendors queries as if she had lived there herself.

Siobhan is then the icing who is truly professional with her continuous updates and keeping us involved in things happening on other sides of the chain.

Nothing was ever too much trouble - it is a no brainer!

Having just sold my house to a rather tricky buyer I wanted to write a review to say thank you to everyone at Cassidy & Tate. Their assistance and advice throughout the whole process was fantastic.

A special thank you to Hannah who helped us through every step and guided us through some interesting situations.

Anyone looking for advice on selling or buying a house make sure to contact Cassidy & Tate.

Duncan provided professional, effective and efficient service throughout the sale of our house, which became quite tortuous (through no fault of Duncan or Cassidy & Tate). It took quite a lot longer to get an offer than Duncan initially expected.

Cassidy and Tate help sell my St Albans property. I was very impressed with the marketing, the photos they took made me want to stay they made the property look that good! Siobhan was very helpful throughout and kept me informed of any progression. Highly Recommend

An excellent sale and purchase experience - completed in just 5.5 weeks! - and made all the better and less stressful by the outstanding service and support from Graham, Siobhan and the team at Cassidy and Tate. We are extremely grateful and would highly recommend them as agents - this is my 9th purchase and 6th sale and I have never had such a positive conveyancing agent experience! Highly recommended!

Awful. They have too many houses on the books and have not time for you. Some people put notes in my door cause they were ignored by Graham. People asked for 3 weeks to see my house and were told they couldn't get a hold of me.
WOW. - glorified car salespeople with no qualifications dealing with my biggest financial decisions! Liars too.

Stuart at Cassidy and Tate was extremely helpful when we were selling our house in St Albans. Very professional photographs were taken and sensible selling price was given. We sold our two bed house after only a couple of viewings and all was hassle free. Great experience. Will use again if we ever decide to move.

Annette and Hannah have recently become our new property managers,we have been with another company for 5 years. Cassidy&Tate are totally different,I cannot believe the prompt efficient service, not at all what we have been used to.
The property had been neglected by previous property management team,so there are quite a few little things to be fixed.
I cannot praise Annette and Hannah highly enough, thank you for excellent customer/tenant service.

David, Duncan and team were fantastic throughout. Felt like I was working with friends throughout who had my back, and enabled a quick sale through to completion in order to meet my purchase timelines.

Duncan and the team at Cassidy & Tate did a fantastic job marketing and selling our home. They were professional, proactive and polite at all stages of the process... even at the most stressful times! Highly recommended

Great experience with Duncan at Cassidy and Tate. Very smooth buying process that was tied up in about 2 months from start to finish. Duncan really helped with communications between the vendor and I in the last two weeks which got things over the line.

Exceptional service from the team at Cassidy and Tate. They listened to what I wanted and delivered to the highest level. Excellent communication throughout, very knowledgeable about the market and I felt very safe with them during what should have been a very stressful time. Keep up the great work! Highly recommended!

It has taken me a long time to review. Cassidy and Tate are pros, all are experienced and work hard to sell your home and most importantly to manage the process. I’ve used Cassidy and Tate for a purchase, sell and letting! We’ve reached the price to sell, buy and let - the whole team from sales to back office are there on hand to help you through the arduous process. My neighbour recently sold thanks to our recommendation too. I would hesitate to recommend.

I have used Cassidy and Tate on numerous occasions and have fond them to be very reliable and trustworthy
More recently I have purchased Via there land department of which I found to be very honest in there comps and valuations. I wish them every success in the future and hope to buy and rent more with them.

We have found a property to rent through Cassidy and Tate and honestly couldn't be happier. We had been searching elsewhere for around one month and had been really disappointed with other estate agents who never delivered what they promised. We dealt predominantly with Annette who was fantastic from the get go and a breath of fresh air! Within a few days of getting in contact with Annette, we had found the perfect place to live, put in an offer and got a call back saying we were accepted (not like other estate agents who never seem to deliver messages or call back). All in all, the whole team seems lovely, and I highly recommend Cassidy and Tate.

I recently sold my house through Cassidy and Tate. Nick was fantastic from the very start and gave a true valuation of the property (compared to other local agents who gave stupidly low valuations). Nick kept me updated throughout the whole process and secured an offer for the full asking price. I would highly recommend Nick and his team and will definitely use them in the future.

I have just purchased a property via Cassidy and Tate. From the viewing process, through the offer / commercial aspects they have been really responsive, helpful and straight forward to deal with. Extra liaison to help with logistics for buyer and seller and advice to support other queries have been great, especially via Duncan who has been excellent pre and post Exchange of contracts. Thanks for your support Cassidy and Tate.

We have just sold our second house through Cassidy & Tate and we would not hesitate to recommend them. They have been amazing throughout and have made the whole process seamless for us. Kris' advice and recommendations were above and beyond our expectations. Truly a great company to do business with.
