We went to Cassidy Travel in the Dundrum Shopping Centre to book a holiday. We met Dylan who was a great help, pleasant and friendly and gave us great advice. We booked two holidays with him and were delighted with his service.

Staff very helpful and friendly

Our agent Ruth was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble although we changed our mind several times about dates cruise lines etc. she got us a great deal with MSC which was half the price of a Royal Caribbean line. It was great to have her assist us. Everything was so smooth…the easiest holiday we have booked!!

Couldn't ask for better. Very helpful and knowledgeable about their products.

Shelly in Cassidy Travel in Blanchardstown was absolutely amazing when booking our cruise holidays, we recently booked our 2nd cruise with her. She was so helpful and knowledgeable, and has a great sense of humour. She made the whole process completely stress-free. She answered all our questions and went above and beyond to make sure we got the cruise we wanted.

We are really looking forward to our holiday and will definitely book with her again. Couldn’t recommend her more, thank you Shelly.

Very efficient service. Always got back in touch without delay by email and phone. Organised a cruise package and got a very good deal. Ainie in particular was excellent.

Very pleasant and helpful, not rushed at any time. We normally book with them because our experience is positive.

Cassidy travel are the best! Dealt with their branch in the Square Tallaght. Staff are so helpful. Tanya advised and quoted me for my holiday, nothing was too much trouble.
Went back two days later to pay and dealt with Hannah. She organised everything for me including downloads on my phone. Again, so polite and helpful. No stress when dealing with Cassidy travel. Recommend 100%
