Cassidy Travel Reviews

It is always a pleasure to be helped by Dylan, total professional and a hell of a nice person too.

Sorry I don't know the name of the person who we made our booking with but she was great and so helpful with all our questions etc etc

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Didn’t have to wait long to be served. Holiday booked to Lanzarote in a couple of minutes. Thanks to all the staff at Cassidy travel Blanchardstown.

Have booked a number of holidays through Dylan in your Dundrum branch. Dylan is an absolute diamond. He is helpful, patient and always helps me find what I want at the best price. He always goes above and beyond and is a credit to your company. You are very lucky to have him

We looked up package on line, then contacted Cassidy Travel by phone, & lady was just fabulous, offered clarity relating to holiday package & answered all our questions. And we are all booked & looking forward to our big trip. Thank you 😊

The lady I dealt with was very helpful and new her stuff

Shelly was really nice listened what I needed and found a perfect trip . Easy to book answered all questions. Store tidy and clean.

Suzanne was AMAZING she went through some many places with me to make sure I got a midweek break and went on her suggestion of krakow which we never thought of but are very interested in as we read a lot about the camps so thank you Suzanne 👏👏👏

Andrea gave us alot of information on the Lisbon markets. She even wrote down places for us to see.Highly recommend Cassidy Travel.

Pamela in the liffey valley branch was so full of knowledge that we booked a cruise based on her experience

Michelle in the Pavillion, Swords was great.
She found what we were looking for in just a few minutes and we were wrapped up in less than 15 minutes.

Staff we’re amazing

I booked what was advertised as a cheap city break, including a day tour should have come to €817 for 2 of us but by the time we had finished paying it’s cost us €1279 , could have gotten a week in the sun . With two weeks before we travel we were informed that we must pay extra for the tour and our flight home has been cancelled and in order to not lose a full day we had to pay an additional €160 for a direct flight home otherwise we would have to have flown to another country, I usually booked our city breaks myself and will do so in future

I always find the staff at Swords Pavilions very helpful.

The rep was very helpful and polite. She gave me numerous options and advice which gave me confidence that I've made a good choice. Hopefully it will work out.
