Excellent service all round. We made a last minute booking and Castle Cars couldn’t have been more helpful. The driver was there on time and found the address with no issues (out in the middle of nowhere). Really good driver. Thanks very much Castle Cars.

I have used Castle Cars on several occasions and always found their drivers to be pleasant and courteous. Their notification texts are superb advise you that driver is on his way and advise you again when he arrives and they are always on time

I really recommend Castle Cars, Castle Cars are very reliable and Great Service. We always use it. Going to work it is my service for everyday (Mon to Fri) yes I'm not driving so rely to them. The operator very helpful calling you back when the day is available and booked it for me. The Operator and the Drivers very nice, friendly and Helpful. Also it easy for me to track when driver is on the way they send you a link the information of the Cars etc how far your driver was. I feel really safe using castle cars. Used these guys last weekend. We often have issues with taxis not taking a Guide Dog, but they the were the gold standard on each trip, with no prior warning.
