Whenever you need a new service, it is always a bit of a gamble choosing the provider. After doing my due diligence, I decided to go with Castle, which was the right choice. From the friendly receptionist, to the assignment of a trade union specialist was smooth and simple. Aidan was first class, from the get go was insightful, knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile. I cannot speak highly enough of his professionalism and we got the result we were looking for. If you are using the company for the first time, make sure you request Aidan, you will not be dissapointed.

I was having a very bad time with my previous employers. Even though I had evidance against their allegations, it seemed as if they were not listening and just wanted me out. When I signed up with Castle Associates, they provided me with a representative (Aidan). He was brilliant. He listened to exactly what I needed, looked at all evidance, and helped me greatly through this process. I was a bit reluctant at first to join. We want to say a huge thank you to Castle Associates, especially our Union rep, J. We were at a loss and going through an incredibly difficult time. We had nowhere to turn and called CA thinking there was nothing more we could do - we were exhausted from months of fighting an unfair work situation single handedly. From the moment we called, we were reassured and finally felt we weren't on our own. We cried with relief when speaking with Sara on the phone initially- she was kind, compassionate and reassuring. So, big thank you to her! Within half an hour of signing all the joining paperwork we received a call from our allocated representative, J, and from the start we knew we were in good hands. He was honest and set out expectations from the start given length of service (less than 2 years) but was reassuring and we finally didn't feel alone against a big organisation. He talked us through everything and just knowing he was there and on 'our side' was such an enormous pressure off us. After 2 months of indescribable stress, when J got involved our employer stopped their aggressive approach and became open to negotiating a mutual settlement, which was subsequently entered into before matters progressed to a dismissal. Had it not been for J, we would have continued facing the organisation alone and they would not have agreed to allow us to leave with our reputation in tact. For that, we will be forever greatful. We wouldn't hesitate recommending Castle Associates to anyone needing help.

I came across Castle Associates through Google search and trusted it as it has 4.8 stars out of 317 reviews. The receptionist lady was very professional and helpful but the TU rep I was assigned was knowledgeable and tactful but very hard to reach and I had to call him 5 times to ask simple question. Also I do not believe he'd spent more than 2 hours to read my grievance outlines and appeal letter but the invoice came back as altogether 5 hours of work including 1.5 hour of grievance meeting ....when I looked back my call logs, it cumulates only around 1 hour....but he said he spent hours to research and investigate my circumstance. I thought he did some desk research on my company but mainly his task is to strategize how to present my case and whether it has ground, which can only be established by reading my documents and talking to me but as I said, I spoke to him less than 1 hour before my grievance...

I was really apprehensive about using these services to engage a Union Rep as I’d never been in this position. However, my experience Using Castle has been excellent. Firstly the service from Castle when directly calling them and making enquiries has been fantastic. They are very transparent and helpful and it really put me at ease.

Secondly my union rep Trevor was amazing! He was so thorough and precise when I was facing a difficult and unjust disciplinary hearing and I was victorious in my hearing with the case thrown out with no further action. Without Trevors help I may have been in a very different situation indeed.

The service is not cheap, but it is worth every penny when you’re fighting for your job and your reputation!

My initial contact and conversation with Castle associates, was a very helpful receptionist who was very reassuring and quickly had arranged a call back with the Union Rep, Ron Stanely . His professionalism, knowledge and support during what was a very stressful and challenging time for me was invaluable. Ron's ability and guidance to ensure my concerns were properly addressed gave me confidence and reassurance when I needed it most.
His ability to challenge in the meetings was very effective and he was quick to identify unfair processes and didnt hesitate to speak up. His Professional manner made a significant difference, resulting in the case being withdrawn.

My husband decided not to pay Unite the union because they are affiliated with the company he works for. Thetefore he didn't think if anything happened they would be neutral. The union rep would call me to arrange a schedule for a meeting prior to me seeing my manager and HR. But the rep wouldn't follow up in calling me for the meeting he scheduled. This was done more than once. But the company still charged me for the rep calling me in arranging the meeting. When I raised this as a problem with the company, their defence was that the rep isn't an employee of their service and to take it up with the person directly. I.e. they don't take responsibility for any problems caused by the rep. When I said to the company I wanted to end the contract with the service, the lady over the phone informed me that they will need to get the invoice from the rep before closing the case.

From my initial enquiry with Castle Associates to being allocated a union rep, the experience was excellent. I had many questions, and they were answered promptly and professionally. My union rep was really helpful in guiding me through my case and demonstrated exceptional knowledge, which boosted my confidence ahead of a grievance meeting. I am glad I made the right choice and would heartily recommend them to anyone who needs union representation within their workplace
