Perfect from enquiring to driving the car home

Very friendly, answered any questions I had about the car, explained exactly where to drive on the test drive, very fast process wasn't there long, helped out with taxing the car etc and very understanding with the situation I was in. More than happy with the car ready for many miles as my family car

We bought a Ford eco sport from Catalina of stanningley didnt even drive it only dropped children to school within a week the car broke down they sold a faulty car The car broke down within a week of purchase stopped on roundabout didnt start for few minutes had to call our break down cover every time and then to dealership garage. under our warranty we were told would get courtesy car if car breaks down which wasn't given. The car was repaired by them as per them it was battery issue which was clearly not they replaced to new one. On the way back home broken down again 2nd time on traffic lights same error steering malfunction wont start 4 cars behind putting my family life in danger. After I called the dealership to complain they said sales team will call no one called waited whole day had to call again the service is pathetic and appalling finally Hannah after sales team texted on wats app who didn't help at all were told they would examine the car and issue refund after 10 days. After 2 days get text to pick up the car its fixed and they did a new fob and car is all good ford card have issues the car was not reliable and we refused the car which was faulty and not reliable which we requested for exchange with the same price. Under the consumer act 2015 we should get a full refund was sold a faulty car which broke down 3 times within 1-3 weeks of purchase. We wanted a car urgently we were so stressed with school going children we had no other option since they refused the full refund or exchange we had to sell the car to them which they deducted £2000 out of total amount totally rip off avoid avoid them. If this matter is not dealt with promptly and appropriately I will complain to trading standards and go to the court i need my hard earned money back we trusted your dealership . This is completely unacceptable. This experience was distressing and an absolute disgrace.

I bought a car from this garage. I seen it online but being 6 hours away ment we were putting a deposit on this unseen. Michael kept in touch the whole way through, ie for MOT, services etc. I got sent a video when it was all ready. And car was as seen! The garage offered to collect us from the train station. It was a long but worth while trip for the correct car for us. It was easy to turn up sign some docs and the car was ready to drive away. Great service, friendly staff. I even got a message next day to make sure we got up the road with the car ok! Which was a great touch. Thank you Michael for all your help!

Quick, efficient, friendly service and most importantly a quality car. Tom looked after our needs with straight forward no nonsense advice. Will definitely recommend 10/10.

Bought a car from this company a year ago. Nice car reasonably happy with it. I took out the warranty they provide from warranties 2000. I was very specific to ask what was covered - timing chain etc as this wasn't a new car. I was told all was covered and the only thing pointed out to me was to make sure I had an oil change every 6 months or 6000 miles or the warranty would be invalid. One clutch later and a £2300 bill I find out that Catalina have a bespoke warranty with the company and the limit on any claim is £500. I did subsequently find this little detail further down the paperwork, my fault for not noticing but I took the salesman at his word no one would get a timing chain for £500. So warranties 2000 were fine they paid what they had too but Catalina very disappointing. My advice would be not to bother taking out a warranty its not worth the paper its written on!!!!!

Do not get a car from here I got one head gasket went on me so they gave me a car to borrow witch is fair but they are refusing to home pick there car up now saying there going to call cops on me for pinching it wrong ins

Steve was very helpful. Had the car delivered to Norwich. No problems. My son was very happy with the car. Would definitely recommend Catalina of stanningley garage.

The car we were sold was not the car in the advert, we received the car with dents in the drivers door and scratches all over, We asked Tom when buying the car was there any dents and scratches he said the car was in great condition. a couple of day after delivery the engine management light came on. thats when we were complete ignored ( No body would answer the phone.) or called back. we could only deal with Hanna buy e-mail, Hanna told us to go through the warranty no offer of compensation or help. the car is now on the drive waiting to be repaired.

I bought a car from these people in good faith it had problems from day one it wasn’t as described in the advert and a few days after purchase the engine management light came on and I was told to claim on my warranty this is not something you expect to have to do after a few days of owning the car they don’t ring you back there’s nothing with the car not even a spare key it was filthy and smelt like an ashtray head rest missing and dents we asked was there any dents they said no so my advice is don’t buy from this dealer once they have your money that’s it very poor after sales service they never call you back very poor service from Hannah micheal and Tom

Saw the car on Autotrader and rang to arrange viewing. Car had only just arrived so Steve took my refundable deposit and would inform me when ready. Got a call few days later to view and car was clean and well presented but wasn't for me! Steve was not pushy or try to desuade me and returned my deposit. Great choice of cars at great prices. Would call back .

Five Star service from start to finish. Really helpful staff allowed me to look at and test drive the car with absolutely no pressure. Steve was happy to answer any questions and sold me a great car with no fuss. Fantastic car dealer, highly recommend.
