One of the global leaders in the heavy machinery and construction equipment business. I used to love watching construction sites and how buildings are built and stuff like that. and it can sometimes be surprising to see so many caterpillar heavy machinery around. You see excavators, you see bulldozers, loaders, various types of diesel engines, stuff like that.

And i heard good things about them in this matter, people from the industry that i know have been telling me that their machinery is quite reliable actually, they have robust performance, they are operationally efficient and technologically advanced.

the price tag on this type of machinery is a bit high relative to their competitors from Asia, but I think it is also worth it because of their durability to some of the heaviest duty and harshest conditions around the globe.

Assolutamente da evitare. Si mascherano dietro il marchio Caterpillar ma trattasi di una truffa. Ho ordinato un paio di scarpe dal sito Caterpillar-Shop-Italia.com. Dopo un mese mi è arrivato un paio di occhiali contraffatti. Adirò le vie legali per bloccare il pagamento in quanto non credo che il loro servizio clienti mi restituirà il danaro. Attenzione perché il sito è fatto molto bene.

Do not purchase anything through caterpillaraustralia.com its a big scam. Why CAT (Caterpillar) does nothing to take this site down is beyond me. They use CAT logo and product images yet no action taken. I have not received anything after paying for boots. SCAM!

Ordered a pair of boots and got a ring, when I contacted them they said there was a mixup due to excessive orders, I was told the ring was worth 400€, and got better looking ones in a lucky bag, when contacted they said they would be able to give back 30% of the 72€ I gave them, and will get the rest when these crooks get the ring back,I persisted and they said I’d get back 40% and haven’t heard anymore from these. I can see they have a load of sorest set up

Same experience as most other reviews about caterpillarnz.com, received tracking numbers after purchasing a couple of pairs of boots three months later a wallet turned up. Had the check to respond to my questions saying the package has turned up!!

Bought off caterpillarbootsireland.com. Website looked legit enough, I was curious but I still bought shoes. Its a scam, you are charged in Yen (Japanese currency). They even had the cheek to reply to my emails. I received a wallet instead of shoes, but they did refund me when I raised a charge back through my bank

Beware: I purchased a pair of boots from this website yesterday, caterpillar ireland.com and now I'm afraid it's a scam site. The email confirmation I eventually received has spelling errors and does not list the actual item I bought. On looking again, the site itself also has spelling errors and no HTTPS. There is no answer from the customer service and the site also goes under caterpillar Ireland.net. The payment is sitting on my account as a pending so not sure what I can do, I'm waiting to hear from my bank. Beware, I don't think this is a genuine site.

Buongiorno vorrei segnalare la caterpillarshopitalia.com come una azienda truffatrice,in quanto avendo comprato delle scarpe antinfortunistiche dopo svariati contatti tramite mail per non aver ricevuto l'oggetto acquistato maggio 2022,si giustificavano che era andato smarrito e visto il danno ricevuto erano disponibili al risarcimento del 50% dell'importo che a tutt'oggi non risulta ancora accreditato sul mio conto.
Tengo a precisare di aver inoltrato tramite le autorità competenti la società sopra citata.

There's a scam website caterpillarireland.com that looks legit but it is not. I ordered shoes 4 months ago and they still haven't arrived. Customer service doesn't respond. I see the same website is now operating under a slightly different name (very well done website, so deceiving!). I would hope that the real Caterpillar company could do something about this scam website.

I have bought the boot more them 20 days ago and I send a message to the customer service now they say the package have been lost in the shipping and they wanna give 40% refund back and I even haved pay for the shipping as well .dont try this site its fake news

Shoes never arrived after 3 months. Tried to contact the service and no response. This company is a complete scam that stole my money. Avoid!!

I cant stand my 239d skid steer. You can't get filters or fluid anywhere except cat . It's really inconvenient!!! No one carries sae10 hydraulic fluid . You have to order everything on line and have it shipped to you . I dont recommend buying a caterpillar anything !!!!!

I just love cat hex trainers. They look great, very light, and extremely durable. After a few thousand kilometers (literally) they still look better than average trainers after just 100km!
Don't even try to stop producing them.
