Placed an order a month ago. They keep sending tracking with no tracking number. The USPS sent me a tracking that says they're waiting for the package while their tracking says it's here but not delivered. Endless messages but no results

This lower request was my 5th time demanding money back. I never got my wallet after 2 months. Tracking said it went to California marked delivered. I live in NY. They told me to go knock in my neighbors doors to see if they got it😡😡

“….The tracking number you gave me, both of them, said it was delivered to Californina. Now today it happens to say it was delivered to me in NY on April 25th. Amazing how that magically happened. You were still telling me to be patient that you were trying to get it to me, even after you claim now, it was delivered which tells me you have no idea where it went. Our post office by me never had it, own up for your error and send me my money back!!!”

These people are horrible! Still haven’t receiver my merchandise and it says it’s in Greece somewhere. They never said anything about it coming from over seas!!

Reached out to customer support to cancel order and refund my money but no response from them as of yet.

Oh how I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering from this company.
$30 item cost over $60.
The wrong item (cheeper and inferior) was received.
Whilst they answer all e-mails (so far) thew deny sending the wrong item despite me sending photographic evidence to the contrary.
Don't be fooled. DON'T BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

This site is a scammers site, don't buy anything, they sell you faulty products and try to offer fraction of the cost as refund.

Fake and scams, they send me very basic cheap watch instead of the Blood Glucose measuring watch

And the smartwatch dies after15 days and you offer me $14us dollars in good will, doesn't say much about your product backup, and HUAWIE backup, I'll be writing a review online about you and your business,

I received a watch from these idiots, in China, and it does not even work. I emailed them and told them and they said they would give me $4 refund… whats the point if it doesn't even work.

I had not received this watch and became worried that is was A Complete scam. I told my credit card company and they got a refund for me.
Do not purchase anything with this company.

I ordered a blood glucose meter but they shipped a pulse oximeter. Not responsive to refund request. No communication at all. False advertising and bait and switch tactics. Purchase at your own risk.

This Company is discrage and dishonest i've been waiting for my ..2 perfumes i order 2 june 2024 and i paid for fast transit but stil its not arrived and now we in october 5 2024

Sent the wrong item. Can not get a hold to ask them what happend. The watch looks great. But it's not the smart watch ks5 it's hw28. I wanted what it advertised regulation of the pancreas by lazar. It also makes you pay for premium use blood glucose and that's free with my last health smart watch which I was satisfied. It seems there making them cheap and don't last and they bought the new health sensors from hewaiwe which are the only company been fda approved. The watches work for a while the break like my last one screen got lines in and went weird flashing as it had been hacked.

Fake return policy. Do not purchase from this site. They claim money back guarantee for returns but will not honor return policy. Straight up fraud

After placing the order I found that Cathedraly.com was using House of CB's images and item descriptions as their own. When requesting to cancel they declined and proceeded to send me a fake tracking number and information saying it was being shipped from US. After two weeks of a fake shipping number they provided me a completely different tracking number that said the package was coming from China! I had paid for express shipping and have requested a refund as express shipping was not used, they are refusing to refund this.

Customer service is really poor. They do not answer your questions or just straight out ignore them. The customer service was the most frustrating part of this experience.

Received product eventually, dress is OK but underwear visible under the dress. Not to the quality I'd expect for the price.
