This was my first experience of looking for a dress for my son’s wedding. Tanya was my server and she had a great knowledge of all the different styles of dresses and between us managed to pick plenty for me to try on. One of the first dresses I tried I decided was the one for me. Tanya produced matching hat, shoes and bag to allow me to get the full effect. Thanks for making it such a wonderful experience.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Roma to find my mother-of-the-groom dress, and I cannot recommend her enough! From the moment we started speaking, she made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Despite my tight timeline and concerns about finding the right fit for my size, Roma reassured me with such confidence that we would find the perfect dress—and she absolutely delivered.

Roma took the time to walk me through all the available styles, colour choices, and options. Not only did she listen to my preferences, but she also made recommendations of her own that ended up being spot on. After narrowing down the selection, she asked me to choose my favourite dress to try on first. Amazingly, even after trying on 10+ other dresses, I came back to that very first one—it was simply outstanding.

The moment I stepped into that dress, Roma knew it was the one. Before I even showed my friend, she accessorized me with shoes, a bag, and a hat, creating a complete look that made me feel like a million dollars. The outfit highlighted my best bits, quieted my worries about my size, and truly made me feel fantastic. With just over seven weeks until the big day, I’m so relieved and grateful for Roma’s expertise and support.

This was such an emotional experience for me, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have had Roma by my side. If you’re looking for the perfect dress for a special occasion, I wholeheartedly recommend Catherine's of Partick. And if you have the chance to work with Roma, you’re in for an outstanding experience. She is simply amazing!

Served by Roma, who couldn't have been more helpful and patient. Roma took time to get a good idea of what I was looking for and there is a great selection of dresses to choose from. Left the shop with my entire outfit, from dress to hat, shoes and accessories. Thank you.

Roma was fantastic. I was a bit anxious, and she completely put me at ease from the start. Roma completely understood exactly what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect dress for my son's wedding. I didn't think I would find a dress so quickly thought it would have been weeks of traipsing round the shops. I can't thank her enough it's a massive weight off my mind.

Visited the shop today and I was served by a lovely lady called Roma who was very friendly and welcoming and made choosing my Mother of the Bride dress less stressful.
She asked several questions to help her choose dresses that suited me. She also chose beautiful accessories to match the dresses. Roma went above and beyond to help me, making me feel very comfortable. Thank you so much for your help.

An amazing experience I had today shopping at Catherine of Partick. Dolly was first class. I thought shopping for the mother of the groom outfit was going to be a nightmare. But it was the total opposite thanks to Dolly. From arriving in the store to payment of my outfit it was a laugh all the way. They made me feel very special. Thank you. Recommend 100%

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Katie for my mother of the bride dress appointment, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From the moment I walked in, Katie was attentive, making me feel comfortable and truly listened to my needs and preferences. Nothing was too much trouble for her.

Katie assisted me with not only finding the perfect dress but also selecting all the right accessories to complete the look. Her keen eye for detail and her warm, professional demeanour made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free.

I’m absolutely thrilled with my dress and can’t wait to wear it in May for my daughter’s wedding in London. Thank you, Katie, for your outstanding service!

I visited Catherine's of Partick today very unsure of what I was looking for in terms of colour, style etc as mother of the bride. The range and quality of dresses is impressive and Katie assisted me with dress after dress until I found the one for me. This was matched with a very unique hat and I left the shop very happy and relieved indeed. Thank you Katie for all your patience, kindness and attention.

I visited Catherine’s of Partick a few weeks ago not sure what I wanted. The staff seemed to know what was my style and fit they could not have been more helpful and friendly. I would like to especially thank Dolly for dressing me and her kindness shone through. I cannot wait to wear my beautiful dress and hat come April 2025. Cannot recommend this shop highly enough.

Thank you to everyone who helped with my appointment for my sons wedding. Especially to Dolly, who was fabulous, nothing was a bother and brought out some lovely dresses and hats. Safe to say, I bought a dress and hat. Thank you for all your help.

Such a poor experience - They charge you a deposit for an appointment, yet I was made feel like a total inconvenience. Staff hand you dresses wrapped in plastic and with ribbons tied to the hangers and give you minutes to change before sticking their head in to the dressing room without checking, asking if you are ready. Felt so invasive and like a hard sell experience. Staff constantly complaining about how tired they are.

Really friendly staff very patient and made you feel very comfortable listened to your opinion and took into consideration your budget. Many thanks to Dolly and Roma for all of their support and advice.

Great experience at Catherine's of Partick. My daughter was in for a prom dress appointment and by far was the best shop and the best service by Katie. Katie was absolutely amazing at her job and made my daughter feel so comfortable. Can't wait for prom now and to see my daughter in this beautiful dress. Thank you so much Katie

Lisa was lovely and so patient, she listened to what I wanted and brought several dresses for me to try. I chose one which I’m so happy with.

Katie was very attentive and helpful while picking my mums “Mother of the Bride” dress. She gave her opinion and was great at helping to pick the perfect colour and size of dress. The whole experience was lovely. The only downfall of the day was waiting 20 mins to be taken after designated appointment time with no seating to wait, which was difficult for my sister who has back issues. Overall though the staff in the shop were great.

Enjoyed my day in Catherine’s ! Getting my mother of the bride outfit, my assistant Roma was so experienced and helpful!! I cannot thank her enough so exited :) Annie x
