Would not recommend we bought a bundle that we that to wait over 8 weeks for communication diabolical when it dis arrive we didn't get a receipt 🧾 even when asking for one avoid there are plenty of others that are faster

Ordered a slide bouncy castle Combi, with a soft play.

Amazing communication with Andy, I was overseas and had my son’s birthday to prepare for.

The items were better quality than we thought, extremely durable materials and extremely well made. “Made in the UK”

They came before a date as we discussed at a short notice, we will be ordering something again in the future.

Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone looking a bouncy castle, Ordered a bouncy castle 3/4 weeks ago when asked for update on delivery always told the same story over and over again, Asked for a refund as they didn’t inform me of a 3 weeks waiting list before paid in full, Was told not possible on refund, Seems to be a company that doesn’t have a clue what they doing, Very disappointing, Still waiting for my castle to be shipped out

I found the process of looking for suppliers of inflatable play quite daunting. Andy is a ultimate piss taker, quick enough to take your money and every time you ask for a lead time he tells you he’s waiting on material proper messer it’s been 8 weeks since placing an order for 2 combo slides he won’t answer the phone and will text saying materials are coming in and we will get it made and sent out but no delivery

I recently bought a bouncy castle from this company and couldn’t be happier! The castle is fantastic quality, very sturdy, and the kids absolutely love it. Always says 3 weeks but always runs into issues.

Keeps running promos. I now have clients waiting 9+ weeks. Told the same excuses over and over
[ Cant get the materials ] the truth is. Andy runs promo after proko and backlogs his business

I left a bad review but then was convinced to change it to a good one giving benefit of doubt I did
But now hes messing our clients around with the same excuses.
Pay peanuts get monkeys. My review is now to stay and is fair.
If you wanna wait ages but pay less, book with This company, you will run into endless excuses prior to getting your products. I would recommend going elsewhere paying the extra and getting a better service.

Ran into delivery issues and misleading lead times, not great customer service or communication - gave him the benefit of the doubt after he sorted it but hes up to the same things again. Running promos taking orders then bad communication and late deliveries.

Great quality glossy castles and didi car track - really boosted our inventory
