A great experience using Cavendish Online - Danielle was so patient and reassuring. It’s the first time I’ve ever changed my life insurance and it was so helpful to have lots of different quotes / providers to compare with. I’m not £10/month better off and wish I’d done it sooner.

The premium is affordable and I feel relieved that if I were to die, the inheritance tax my children would need to pay would be covered through a trust arrangements

I used Cavendish Online to set up my life insurance and critical illness cover 2 years ago on recommendation from mse. I was offered a review and due to changed circumstances took them up on it. Excellent help with life insurance. Broke down the cover clearly making it easy to understand. Provided quotes on email and called back at the arranged times to discuss further. No pressure put on to make a decision. Exactly what I wanted from a broker.

I spoke to one of the guys in this company,he was upgrading my Insurance. He spoke very quickly. I asked him to slow down, so that I can process the information. He was very rude and very common. He ended up slamming the phone down on me, and not sending me the details for my Policy. I could not believe how rude they are. That’s unprofessional hanging up on a customer’s . I can see it in your reviews. You’ve done it many of times. Your staff need to be trained attitudes need to change and the guy who put the phone down on me needs to use the softly softly approach.
