Working with CDI Computer Dealers has been a great experience. They worked hard to make sure we got exactly what we needed. Customer service is above and beyond what other companies have to offer.

Priced right and systems have been functioning really well.

The purchasing aspect of buying from CDI always seems to be relatively smooth. We get emails from time to time asking if there's anything we need, etc. However, after the order has been placed and the purchase made, the service abruptly ends. Whether it's asking questions conditional to a purchase, or following up with an RMA, the Customer Service is lacking. In most cases it's non-existent. We consistently struggle to receive the support we feel we deserve after procuring products (with warrantys) and spend more time seemingly justifying why a piece of equipment is legitimately broken than going through the mitigation process of resolving the situation. These frequent instances of poor service will ultimately culminate in our decision to procure infrastructure elsewhere in the future.

I love dealing with CDI. My service rep finds me the right computers based on student needs. It is hassle free and everything has always been perfect. I am very satisfied with the service and ease of using CDI.

Arrival of repair parts has been excessively delayed, causing us to be unable to fix items in a timely manner.

Never send shipping notifications until you beg for them. Quality of laptops purchased is not like new. Repair center takes a month to perform repairs I can accomplish in 5 minutes.

Sales are decent, prices are nothing to write home about. Shipping rates are higher compared to other suppliers. Last 2 shipments from CDI have come with the pallet broken apart and two local guys delivering it and hand bombing them. I've had enough of this nonsense, refused the shipment.
They are not my first choice when looking for off-lease equipment.

Alex Balasbas at CDI is wonderful to work with. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend CDI to anyone because of him.

Request for Chromebooks put out to bid.. CDI won bid for new Chromebooks, sent refurbished in their place.

The order and deliver process was well handled and shipping was expedited as expected from Canada. Billing and payment met a snag due to an accident and subsequent injury to the Tech Coord. Emails regarding billing were sent to him and due to his no work status were not forwarded on to accounts receivables. This precipitated a call from your billing dept. requiring all future payments be sent via FedEx because the payment went past the 30 day limit. This was unavoidable and regrettable.
This has resulted in the 3 Star review which would otherwise be a full 5 Star highly satisfied review.

i told my sales rep, not to charge me for an order yet because it would be over my limit. I said i would let him know when to charge me. it was charged anyway....which lead to some of my pre-authorized orders to not go through at it put me way over my limit....
you guys did cause a lot of headache and extra charges that could have all been avoided!

Would have give a 4 star but did have a not so very good experience with their products this past year. Hopefully it will get back to the great product and service I am accustomed to in the past.

Working with Joe Letterio and Clyde Etwaroo has been easy. They timely responses to my question and assisted with the selection of the appropriate devices to meet out needs.

Salesperson is the best.
