CDI Technologies Reviews 

We have used CDI for many years in our district and they have always been a pleasure to work with and have treated us fairly.

I have been doing business with CDI for over 10 years. I have never been disappointed in the quality and service they provide. They make my job as Director of Technology less difficult. I would not hesitate to recommend CDI to anyone.

The only thing I need to mention is shipping is too slow.

I have been working with CDI for over a year now and they have gone above and beyond to get me the best prices on all of our technology purchases. Very good communication throughout the buying process and after to make sure everything is right and we are happy. I will continue to go to them for not only their great prices but their excellent customer service.

I bought a laptop from CDI. Without reading any reviews because they are with Comcast. And Comcast is a reputable company.
The laptop started giving problems so we had to ship it to CDI. Again I didn't take any pictures because they are with Comcast. It was shipped via UPS. When we received the laptop back we noticed significant damages to the laptop. The packge was in good shape. So we called in. The rap told me that thry received it in that conditon. They also asked me that if I had any pictures of the lapto before shipping? Unfortunately I didn't. Stay away from these guys. Don't trust them.

I have been working with CDI for the last few years and they have been pretty good as far as PC/laptop/server/apple hardware and most are Grade A. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because if you live in the US, shipping can take for ever.
Sadly, the machines are not ready for shipment upon ordering. The sales rep takes the order then send the order to the warehouse to fulfill which can take a day or two, then they process the shipping which could be another day, then it's the shipping from Canada to you in the USA. Last time it took almost 9 business days to receive a laptop that was needed 4 days prior. I spoke to the sales rep and she said she will look into it. If things don't get better, regrettably I will seek a US based company.

Great prices, warranties and customer service! Gets the most out of my technology budget.

CDI offers both products and services in a professional and trustworthy manner. CDI is in for the long haul, not just a quick sale.

Quotes came almost immediately after the request and CDI supplied everything promised in a speedy manor.

Slow to ship systems out. On a good note when I do get systems they are in good shape and customer are very happy with them, they just hate to wait so long.
Your Spread sheet make it very hard to look up systems

It's all about the sales reps who care. CDI has great client relations people Dale is an extension of our team and cares not by simple saying he does but by action.

At 1st everything was great. Now it keeps getting worse and worse. Started out and still don't get tracking info when something ships and now stuff ordered and 12 days later it ships. Gone from great pricing to not even in the ballpark. Everything always has a shipping cost on it and none of my other vendors charge me shipping and they still beat your prices. I am at the point of if I did not need 3 quotes for purchases over 500.00 I wouldn't even waste my time to get a price from CDI. This has NOTHING to do with Carlos. He is a great salesman and I would consider him a friend.
