UPS never delivered the currency when they said they would. I paid for overnight and and I left on my trip before they actually attempted a delivery.

You need to select a more reliable courier than FEDEX
for your stated 2 day delivery. They didn't get it here until We had already left the country. I ordered the JPY on March the 12th. We left on March the 18th.
USPS is more reliable that that.

It took several more days for delivery . I think it was FedEx who messed up . Also in the dinar I received 2 pieces looked very used almost starting a split in the middle where had been folded . Usually I get new ones

The delivery was prompt. A bit difficult to meet the signature because of work. The option to redirect to counter service for pick would be a thought . But overall excellent service.

The process was easy. The shipment was fast. The communication regarding the shipment was excellent.
I learned after ordering the currency that there is a limit to how much currency I can bring in to the country I am visiting. A heads up before I purchased the currency would have been very helpful.

Your two day shipping took Fedex five days to deliver. Your service is fine, but your shipper needs to get on the stick! I know you are going to “look into this” with your shipping partner, but that’s what you always say (you trained your AI well). You need to stop “looking” and start “doing”. Perhaps you could start by reviewing tracking info for your shipments, which your customers are indirectly paying for. If Chewy can get it right for cat food, you can get it right for currency.
