My experience was outstanding! It was easy to order currency of all denominations online, I was able to request the type of bills I needed (small, mixed or large), and the order was delivered smoothly and efficiently in 2 business days. I will definitely use them for any future foreign currency needs.

Quick and easy. A bit cumbersome to have to rearrange my schedule to be home to sign for the package but I guess I get the reasoning.

The FEDEX delivery option is not worth it. Email said delivery would be FRiday, Apr 3 (8:50-12:00noon) Received an email at 10:30 saying new delivery time Friday, Apr 3 (1:00-2:40). AT 3:00 PM had to leave for Good Friday Services at Church. Upon returning from Church had a sticker on the door, new delivery time Mon 6 Apr before 8:00PM. Tried calling to have them keep it at the FEDEX office and I would pick it up. Would not do it because it had to be signed for. I will never go the FEDEX route again.

Excellent service! We received our package a day sooner than expected and all of the currency seemed crisp and new. Te only thing I wish I had done differently was to ship it to my office since the package required a signature.

Very easy to order several different currencies. Delivery very fast.

Edit: Today 4/7/26 almost 2 months after the below review, I received a call from the offices of the company demanding to know why I left the review and accusing me of providing false information. I stand with what I said, and these people can go and screw themselves.

People be careful with this company. They will try to scare you if you leave a bad review. The phone from which they called is 727 237 3288.

Promising until it wasn’t.

Went there to change some USD to Euro. A nice gentleman told me they didn’t have the quantity I was ordering there, but would call me in a few hours when he got the exchange.

He dId call me just a few hours later. Went there about 5pm, and a young nice gentleman started processing everything.

I gave him my driver license. After that he made me fill a paper with my address and phone number (ok by me) but after that he insisted that he needed to know my profession and place of employment.

I told him I was not going to share that info with him. He became adamant that he needed this in order to continue. I told him to put whatever he wanted but I would not share that with him. I told him to write Mcdonald’s if he wanted to. He then asks my position at mcdonald’s. I tell him to make it up and he writes HR.

He then asks me if im traveling and I said yes. He then demanded to know how long was my trip and how many people would travel with me.

I told him that this was ridiculous and I would not share that. He insisted on knowing that to continue and I declined so there was no exchange.

It seems that they are harvesting info to resell or its mere incompetence. What a waste of time. Never again.

Money was easy to order, and came two days later as promised. Fee was reasonable.

I asked for delivery on a specific date and it came a day early then I wasn't home. The bills received were mixed but contained more larger than smaller bills. From previous experience it is harder to break larger bills in Greece.

Fast and easy. Received the currency in two days. Appreciated the advice on using debit card to avoid cash advance fees on the credit card.
