Damn... I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased from them. I've had the same experience as every other reviewer here. I ordered one hair brush 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. They said it had been posted but it doesn't have a tracking number. They've answered one email to say it's been sent, but haven't answered any follow up emails. It says they are based in Australia and it's ridiculous that it takes this long to send out products within Australia. I would never ever ever buy from this company again and I need to find other places to warn other consumers. So bad.

I was concerned I wouldn't receive my order after seeing how many 1-star reviews there were and the experience of others ordering from this website. However, I can't complain as I received my products at a good price. There were delays when I reached out to customer service for support but I received a response each time within 24-48 hours.

I didn't receive an order number during the process and the items didn't ship until around two weeks after purchase. Once I received confirmation that the order was shipped and a tracking number was provided, the items were delivered two days later, as expected.

Overall, I probably wouldn't recommend this retailer... I'd only order again if my products were significantly discounted.

Do not buy from this company. It took 4 weeks to finally receive my order which was just shampoo & conditioner.
When I emailed them for an update, I received no response.
There are plenty of other beauty suppliers online doing a way better job than these guys.

Goods not Supplied Be very careful when ordering online.
I ordered and paid for 2 X Hairbrushes with them on the 22nd May 2024.
On the 29th May, I sent an email to ask if the brushes were sent and if they can supply a tracking number. They replied the same day to say my parcel would arrive the week after.
I received a phone call from the that next week to say the brushes I wanted were no longer available. It was agreed for them to send a substitute. They said that they needed to be ordered and I should have them within the week.
I sent a follow up email on the 19th June to see where the order was at. I got no response.
On the 25th June I sent another email, still no response.
I phoned them on the 5th July, I rang and it went through to voicemail. I left my details and explained what was going on and asked them to call me.
Still no response from them.
Very poor service from them.
Next step is to lodge a complaint with fair trading to get my money refunded.

Shocking. Pretty much exactly the same service as other reviews - still awaiting an update from my order on 26th May. After multiple emails with no response, I sent them a last email advising I will be submitting an ACCC complaint and they replied within hours. I’ve asked for a refund as don’t trust them. Let’s see how that goes!

I can't believe this company is still operating from S.A. I ordered 3 items in May, with a tracking number and it's now July "24 and still no delivery. They responded once to my email with yet another tracking number (fake) so I contacted the Post Office who cannot locate the parcel on either of the tracking numbers. I rang the phone number on the web page and spoke to Tiffany who claims she has nothing to do with Celcius online and just deals with Tanning from a brick shop. She informed me that she receives many calls with regard to Celcius online shopping.
This website needs to be shut down!! I have contacted my Bank and will also contact the ACCC as they are robbing Australians of their hard earned money.

I’ve waited a month for my order to arrive and emailed the business repeatedly only to be told my items had shipped when in fact they hadn’t. Finally after the three and a half week-mark (and constant pestering) only PART of my order is shipped. Lo and behold when I open my parcel I discover the wrong items have been shipped, and still no word on when the remaining items will ship. WORST ONLINE RETAILER! Wish I had read product reviews before ordering. I’ve asked for a full refund immediately. Waiting for a response.
Retailer refuses to provide refund until wrong items are returned. I advised I would return items but still expect immediate refund for the wrong items they sent. Have reported them to ACCC and fair trade. Such a waste of time and money. Have had to email them non-stop just to get this far. Now I have to go out of my way to the post office to return items I didn’t ask for just to get my money back, which I probably won’t get anyway. Defeats the purpose of shopping online. Shameless thieves!

Pretty sure I’ve been scammed of 169 dollars . Worst of all I am waiting for my product that I really need . If only they admit they are scammers and that I’m not receiving my product I could of gone out and bought it like I have to anyways

Avoid at all cost. only option to pay is through credit card not paypal. Does not provide an order number in confirmation email and does not reply to emails and doesnt have a phone number to call. I have contacted my bank for a refund and have also Reported to Fair trading. I have asked them to cancel and refund my order with no responce. Have Submitted review on Facebook and google also.

DO NOT BUY FROM CELCIUS BEAUTY - this company is a SCAM!!!.
I ordered $59 worth of products from them and the only thing I have received are acknowledgement emails. No products received. Their Instagram does not exist and when calling the business address on their website I was advised to send them an email. They do not reply to emails.

Absolute Scammers!!!

09/03/24 - Realizing I'd never heard back I contacted them via email for an update.
12/03/24 - They reply saying someone will provide an update later that day.
14/03/24 - After not hearing back I emailed asking to cancel.
15/03/24 - They send an email saying it's been shipped with no tracking number after I ask to cancel...

I rang another business at their address - 237 Unley Road, Malvern - who confirmed they have a shop front but that I wasn't the first caller and that she thinks they must be scamming people due to this...

Reporting to ACCC today.

I am horrified to read so many reviews of people being scammed by Celcius as I realise this is what has also happened to me. I ordered two items and received an email they had been shipped via Australia Post; however, weeks went by with no further information. I lodged an enquiry with Australia Post and they rang me to say they had never physically had the parcel- Celcius had no intention of ever sending me the items I paid for. The lovely fellow at Australia Post was kind and basically apologised for me being deceived by Celcius.
Celcius have not responded to any of my emails. I asked for a refund, but as yet have heard nothing. This should have set off alarm bells immediately; that they could not reply to my email. I will pursue this because I am so angry with them for their deceitful behaviour, and at myself for being lured in by a company I had never heard of because they seemed to offer good prices. I am incredibly disappointed and WISH I had thought to research the company before I bought from them.

Don’t bother you’ll loose your money.

I have had the worst experience with this company. They are clearly a scam website and I fell for one of their Google Ads as they stocked a Jane Iredale Tinted Moisturiser I couldn't find in stock anywhere else. After a while, I realised they hadn't sent me a shipping notification and when I contacted them, they ignored my first couple of emails and only responded when I threatened to report them. They were very blasé with their responses. In the end, I successfully received a chargeback from my bank after I disputed the transaction and two months later, they sent me an old looking product that wasn't even what I ordered! I stupidly threw it away without even taking a photograph and now they have sent me an email threatening to send a debt collector after me if I didn't transfer them the money. They don't realise who they're messing with and I refuse to give in to their threats. I have sent them an email demanding they verify their business as I looked up their ABN and they're registered as a sole trader and don't even pay GST! Alarm bells going off everywhere.

I read their reviews & noticed ALOT of bad reviews & people stating they’re a scam, They were responding via email. Couldn’t even get my name right so I requested to cancel the order and requested a refund on the same day I placed the order. Contacted my bank for a charge back and the company declined. I contacted fair trading who has been in contact with them. They told fair trading that they would issue a refund. Have contacted fair trading again and sent them the declined refund letter from the bank and will now pursue legal advice. Absolutely disgraceful, disappointing that this company can still sell stuff with the amount of complaints against them. Order & cancelled on the 01/11/2023!!! Still NO REFUND!!!!

Never sent my product until I emailed them repeatedly, finally I asked for a refund and they sent the product days later with no response...

I mentioned trust pilot and started a fraudulent transaction request through my bank which I have now cancelled.

They finally sent the products, 1 of them is wrong and they've tried to say the packaging is different, it's not even the right brand.

Anyway at least I received the product. Certainly won't be shopping with them again though.

Ordered from their site, and no confirmation email came through. However a payment receipt was sent from eWay. Followed up with several emails and phone calls, no response. My gut feeling was to check reviews for the site, sure enough, hundreds of people have been scammed out of money on this site. I contacted the company that supply the candles I had ordered and they advised that other customers had also contacted them to say they had been scammed from Celcius too. The candle company said they dont supply their product to Celcius and never have or will, They had asked them to remove their products from the website several times, yet no response, and candles are still on there.
I have asked for a refund and no response.
