Fake website! I did not receive any products after 3 weeks and they just ignore email. I wish I'd read reviews first. FAKE WEBSITE, AVOID!

Was waiting for 3 weeks for my products. I did receive a response to my enquire, but in form of an email requiring me to verify my credit card details. And that after I have paid and it seems they have collected my money. Just deliver the goods!!!!!! Or return my money

Ordered over $50 of products and like everyone else I got confirmation email and nothing after 3 weeks and still waiting on reply to email and messenger.
I’ve found out the company is a family trust in WA AUSTRALIA, so report them to ACCC, otherwise they’ll keep getting away with it, they think you won’t report it due to small amount lost.

purchased $160 worth of products on 12/6. They ignored six emails till 3/7 when they shipped some of the products and the rest were out of stock. I requested a refund 5 weeks ago and still haven’t received it. Finally they returned my emails acting like it was no big deal and they processed the refund. Beware! Poor business practices and customer service. Shop elsewhere.

FRAUD!! Never got my order! The order was done and paid on 10 June. They answered through a "send us a message" on the website that my parcel was found but no real actions were done by them. Now I have a rule to check any new website for a scam before payment.

Ordered on July 20. Still waiting for item. They don’t reply to any messages at all.

This is a scam. Have not received my product and they don't reply to emails. Don't buy from this company

These guys are super dodgy. Non existent communication. Take your money and then fail to deliver the goods. Stay well clear!!!

Bought a product that worth $180 and they took out $250 and did not arrive. Upon contacting support I was met with no response or just swept under the carpet and delayed. Please be careful with this website as I am certain it’s fraudulent! Don’t give this company any money.

DO NOT Buy from this company! I do not know how they can be permitted to operate a business. Multiple calls, messages, emails and zero response to not receiving goods but happily taken my money. Fraudulent activity reported.

Much like everyone else has seemed to have experienced, I purchased goods a month ago and have no products?? They don't reply to emails it's clearly obvious why they don't allow reviews or comments on their social media. Thankfully I purchased using my credit card and have contacted my bank for a charge back refund... what a shocking business. Just wish I saw all the bad reviews on this site and productreview.com first it's clear this business does wrong by all its customers. Wouldn't be surprised if they have financial troubles and are using customers money to pay bills instead of supplying products.

This online store also has a physical salon store that operates under the same business - Celcius Clinic and Style Bar in Malvern SA. Maybe post your reviews there also like I have and just maybe the owners of this business will pay attention. I have noticed today they have removed the name Celcius from their google business post now just reads Clinic and Style Bar..... mmm trying to hide or distance themselves from the negative reviews coming from their online store maybe?? Certainly not an honest business.

6 weeks after paying for an order and still no product... Pretty crap, but not even upset at that... What's upsetting is no answer to calls or emails. I'd happily wait 6 months for something if I knew what was going on!

Tell me... if you're experiencing issues preventing you from taking calls, responding to emails, dispatching orders promptly etc, then WHY ARE YOU STILL TAKING PEOPLE'S MONEY???

I'm aware this will seem harsh, but if you're not already going bust, you should be. It'd be a lot better for the honest ones if crooks like you just went under.

I, like most others on this forum, placed an order from Celcius with the expectation that it would just be like any normal online purchase, i.e. that it would ship within a day or two at most.

Several days passed after receiving an order acknowledgement and no news of shipping or tracking information was provided. I began to become concerned and decided to look up reviews online. Needless to say, I was shocked to see the sheer number of reports from customers who had handed over their hard-earned money to Celcius but didn't receive their orders.

I feared the worst had happened and that I'd been scammed. After beating myself up over it, I considered disputing the transaction with my bank but thought I'd give Celcius a chance to explain and so I contacted them by email asking for an update.

To my surprise, they responded to me within a day and let me know that the ETA for my order would be the week after. As their email wasn't very clearly written, I didn't understand if the ETA they quoted was referring to the ETA for dispatch, or ETA for delivery.

I emailed back requesting clarification but they did not give me a straight answer. Communication was patchy and inconsistent afterwards, meaning they sometimes responded to me and other times did not. And when they did, oftentimes they did not answer my queries in a direct and clear way.

Two weeks passed after I'd placed my order, and I decided the product wasn't worth the anxiety I was experiencing, so I requested Celcius to cancel it if it wasn't going to ship any time soon. I was perfectly prepared to contact my bank and dispute the transaction at that point.

To my utter surprise, a couple of days later, I received an email from Australia Post with tracking details for express shipping. Two days later, I received the parcel and the item within was exactly what I had ordered.

Having read the numerous negative reviews about Celcius, I was pleasantly surprised and relieved upon receiving my order.

Based on my experience, I can say that Celcius are a legitimate business--I can only assume something is going on that they have yet to sort out.

From what I can see, not everyone has been as lucky as I have. For the sake of their business, but more importantly my fellow customers, I hope Celcius gets its act together soon.

Order placed, confirmed and payment taken from my account on 22nd May. Despite several unanswered emails, the product has not been delivered. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Won't make that mistake again.
Tantamount to theft!!!!!

I ordered $120 worth of products and have received nothing. I have emailed and tried to call, with no response, very upset!! After reading other reviews, I’m worried this website is a scam!!!! I hope it’s not and my products arrive.

I ordered a hairbrush for $220 and received the incorrect product one month later. I was given details to return the product but another month later have received no refund. So I have no product and no refund and can’t get any response to my emails. Such a scam. Do not buy anything from them.

It seems I am one of MANY MANY people who have ordered something and never received it. I ordered a hair straighter on 16 May- $294 worth. That’s a lot of money!! After an initial email, received nothing else. Sent multiple emails and nothing. Called the salon twice and then received an email saying they had cancelled my order and would receive a full refund. I have followed up with emails almost every day and NOTHING.
I would love us all to be able to shut down this company. I cannot believe how many people they have scammed.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Can’t even call it a company. It’s a SCAM.
