Do not buy from this company!!!!
I ordered a wet brush for my daughter 2.5 weeks before her birthday only for it not arrive at all. Sent an email and they said it wasn’t in stock and I picked another. Now they have ghosted me. You have be warned and I wish I saw all these other 1 star reviews before I purchased from them. Will contact my bank now to inform of the scam and hopefully retrieve the money I spent.

I have also been scammed. Took my money & wont reply to emails or pick up calls. Comments have been limited on all their social media. These guys are not legit. Have reported them as scammers to my bank but have to wait 45 days for the process. Avoid!

If I could write zero stars I would. They cancelled my order, told me my payment would be voided, however never received a refund. In the process of disputing the payment with my bank. THE WORST customer service EVER. Please please PLEASE don’t buy from here.

Super bad experience. Ordered on 1st May 23, never received items. Numerous email unanswered, even phoned twice with no response. Got tracking and thought great.. no I received something that wasn’t mine. Emailed them to get a reply “whose name is on the product”. Told them I had been in contact with the person and was sending item on to them but wanted to know where my products were…. No more response…so I can kiss that money goodbye. Terrible company… do not buy from them. Horrible experience!! At least someone will get their product…not me though.

Steer clear!!! Took payment on 17th Feb 2023 received confirmation of order - thats all! No product has ever been sent or received. No phone number to contact them on & have never responded to email demands despite my numerous attempts. Reported to ACCC in relation to their dodgy business.

It's so disappointing to see such a realistic looking scam website. I just wanted to come on here and say I have disputed the transaction with Commonweath Bank and they are processing a refund - it was a very simple and quick process which I encourage others to do, if with Commbank.

I ordered 6 items. They said they have delivered 5 items on email. It has arrived but 1 item was not there.

The other one item (that they didn't send at all) has a writing on paper that I can't read.

I ask them but no reply. Instagram and fb from website were not linked.

The total of the 2 items is 80 something dollar. Plus other people that I just find out from review. You can count.

Order has not been shipped, company doesn't answer emails. Definitely a scam... great. Reporting this asap.

Celsius Beauty - Do not order from this company!!!! I ordered 2 products that were never delivered - $145.27 I emailed 10+ times, called a number that went to a clinic, left messages. Zero response from correspondence. They are selling the exact same product online via a Google search - Dermaceuticals Cover Recover in Taupe. The ABN Business name is Celsius Solarium - Joseph Forni Family Trust. Obviously multiple businesses. Please assist other potential customers & get the word out, this at best is a dishonest badly run business or more likely a scam! Deserves a minus Star rating 😠

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. In February I emailed them enquiring about payment options and they emailed me straight back with a response, I then placed my order and paid using Klarna. I had no further contact from them even after emailing them several times and never received my order. Thankfully Klarna were able to give me a refund for the products I never received. I had purchased from them one year earlier and while the order was a bit slow I received my order. I will never order anything from them again.

I am having very similar experience with this company like othere. I have ordered on 27th April and still havent received my order. Called and emailed them so many times but no response.

I have ordered from them before and not had a problem. However, placed an order 15 April and received order confirmation email as usual. A week later still no shipping/tracking confirmation so sent follow up email and got nothing. Another week passed, sent a 2nd follow up and still no reply.
I then found these reviews and had resigned to the fact I would never receive my order ($60 worth). I assumed the company had gone downhill and something dodgy was happening.
But today 12 May my order randomly arrived! No confirmation email to say it was shipped, and still no reply to any of my emails. I’m not sure what happened but there may be some slight hope yet for those who haven’t received their order. Fingers crossed!!
I will never order from them again though :(

Seems like a scam. Placed my order on 10 April and still have not recieved any updates by 12 May. No responses from them on my enquiries. Don't risk it.

SCAM! & TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Emailing constantly with no reply. Call store numerous times and get the say response that someone will contact me back and no one ever does! I still have not received my products and will be notifying ACCC and Fair Trading of this scam!!!! Ivana (Order 52739)

As my grandaughter birthday this month now ordered another brush for her from elsewhere so please cancel this part of order
only now received an email to say balance of order being shampoo is now shipped! Remains to see if I receive??
PLEASE REFUND MONEY OF $185 for brush as I cannot use now
My sister has been to your retail store with no avail of HELP!!

SCAM.
Ordered on 10/04/23 & only received a confirmation email.
I emailed them on 27/04 just to check if there has been a delay or if it’s been shipped and I just didn’t receive an email, which is fine.
Never received a reply and then found these reviews online.
I’ll try to call my bank and dispute, but I saw a review from another costumer who said they declined the dispute refused to refund her.
Thankfully Australia deals with scams like this through the ACCC, so I’ll see what can be done, most importantly bc I don’t want them to scam more people.

SCAM . Placed an order several weeks ago, got nothing back . Emailing constantly, no reply . Do not use this company . RIPPED OFF

Brought two bottles of shampoo and conditioner ($150), no communication of shipping or delivery from company. Bottles returned to sender due to me not even being aware they were sent. Celcius tried to refuse me a refund however I know my rights as a consumer in Australia and as soon as I mentioned the ACCC they agreed to a refund. Very sneaky company, however have been waiting two weeks for a refund (on an order from 7 months ago). And my emails are now being ignored.
